Ok just gave my little girl her first dose of Nutes, 1/4 tbsp of big bloom per gallon. Cant wait to see if theres a noticable differance tomorrow. Will post pics tomorrow.

Figured I'd get off my lazy ass and build my grow box. Was looking for some input on good size. was going to go 3x3x6. It will have a 4'' 250 CFM inline duct fan, 400watt hps. So what would be a good size for that light and air flow???? Should I just do my 3x3x6? I'll post completed pics. Im a carpenter so it should only take me a few hrs. Was going to put a false bottom where the air intake vent would be. The false bottom would have holes in it for air flow. Purpose for this is so no light comes in from the intake vent. Not putting a fan for intake, just a vent

hey bud,

As ultra tempting as it is, you might be better off not feeding until they show sex. it can happen in as little as 11-12 days so not far off now. Usually happens for me at around the 4th node. it's really easy to burn the young ones so best keep an eye on her. if you see any problems i would give it a little flush

the cab sounds good. i'm sorry i cant really help but i have never used hps. i hear it gets really hot. hope it works out good :thumbs:

Have fun building that! Sounds great. What are you gonna do for the walls, flat white? Mylar? I'd love to have that much space! I'd have 4 big 250w cfl's on top with lots of 40w'ers around the sides... What? Oh, sorry. I was daydreaming again.

lol, using flat white inside and Im putting some cfl's on the sides just for some extra light. Heres a pic of her tonight, lets see if the nutes make a difference by tomorrow

OK, here she is 24 hrs after the last pic, she praticly blew up over night from the Nutes, she seemed to handle the nutes quite well, just put 6 more seeds to germ in my new hydro seed starting dome with heat mat.
