Really nice my man Fred:clap:
Ladies lookin good and healthy and im already itchin for the updates:thread:

Thanks man! Appreciate the kind words. Another pic update in a day or two after a feeding with molasses (just picked up some unsulphored blackstrap) and pbp bloom nutes.

Is it ok to start with full dose of molasses (1tbsp per gal) or do I have to introduce it slowly? :peace:

Day 46

Been using the molasses recently with most waterings/feedings, except the last one I felt like the girls wanted a plain pH 6.6 drink, so last watering was plain. I think the girls like the molasses? Been about 4 waterings since last update, 1/2 strength bloom nutes + molasses for 2 of those. One plant (easy ryder) I've been nursing back to help after some N/pH lockouts. Still a bit yellow on the top cola but the bottom leaves are looking green now. They are all packing on major weight (pics later). The Easy Ryder in the smart pot can hardly even stand up straight anymore, I may have to stake it up... the top cola is so heavy already :booya: She's got a tree-trunk stem on her too... about 37 inches tall at this point, big girl. Ended up scrapping the lanky AKR, hermied on me as predicted! Not sure what was up with it from the start, but got it the hell outa there and into the compost pile ;-) Not mad about that at all, it was pretty cramped in there anyways. Some people have had issues with the AKR genetics I guess... Not sure if that was related but I think it was root-bound to be honest, thats my noob opinion. So we're down to 6 girls right now.

A side note I took some samples and dried them out on top of my lamp hood. Holy smokes, I can't wait to see what 10-14 more days brings with these things.

Looks nice! Taking a seat. I also got the WOS NL x BB growing but im after you with about 3 weeks or so.. Also got it for free :)

Day 58
Graduated to a proper cabinet. It's 6' x 5' x 2ft in the lower portion and 6' x 2' x 2' in the top, which I'll clean up a bit, do some black poly and get it in the air intake loop for my drying space. Let me know what you think. Had a hell of a time tweaking the exhaust route but think I dialed it in using minimal parts. They can stretch a bit, phew.

Aside from some slight deficiencies (cal mag), everything has been smooth sailing. Bought some Sea Grow 4-26-26 to replace my botanicare bloom that I ran out of and fed 3/4 strength with that 3 days ago and saw noticeable results today when compared to my 1/3 doses of botanicare.

Also, of note, seeing lots of purple in there on the AKRs

I agree about the light being to close to your canopy. I usually put my lights up as high as they go and let my hogs grow into them, and they will! Just trust me! I also encourage u to try out Silica Blast and Cal-Mag they are both from the Botanicare Advanced line. If u use proper dosages of both it should firm up your foliage a great deal. Dont worry about giving your girls too much, the fact is; is that Cal-Mag is a supplement not a nutrient, it has many trace elements/minerals so it doesnt feed, same as silica blast it doesnt feed either, plus plants only take up what they can absorb. Silica Blast goes into the cell walls of the plants and stiffens them up it also makes it easier for the plants to store and maintain water to keep em from drying out. Now if your leaves are curling DOWN and buckeling as well; that is usually because the plants are cowering away from the light. This is why I put my lights up to the top of the room, I would rather have my Girlies REACHING for the light as aposed to Running away from it. Also keep this in mind, that most reflectors BRIGHTEST spots are around the outside edges; and not directly under the bulb....

Good Luck and Happy Farming :peace:

That is generally not the method to use for light height. That makes your plants stretch unnecessarily. Ideally, you want to keep you node spacing to about 1 inch. You want to keep your lights as close as you can while keeping your temps in check.

While Cal/Mag is a supplement you can most certainly give too much. So don't just give it a ton and think it's just going to use what it needs. It's not like that.

Also, leaves turned downward are generally a sign of underwatering/thirst. Not 'cowering away from the light'. Heat stress causes leaves to curl upwards.
