Indoor FF 3 Soluble Nutes; Open Sesame, Beastie Bloomz, Cha Ching Question

That schedule is for photo period plants, not autos. With autos, feed veg nutes for 5-6 week, then switch to flowering.

Now bare in mind ive done one grow, and only one grow, but I used the schedule and it worked fine. The only thing I did differently was start the solluble when the flowering began instead of waiting the extra 3-4 weeks of veg. Since the only difference with autos is that they flower faster, I dont think there is much of a need to change the nute schedule. That is just what I do interested to hear what other more experienced growers do.

That is just what I read on another forum. It makes sense seeing as how they are designed to have certain properties ie 5-5-5 so putting two together in my eyes would mix them all up. Again just my 2 cents.

No problem. I don't see any reason why they can't be mixed together. Just add one to your water, then the other. I mix nutrients together all the time and have never seen a difference from using them separately. Maybe others have but I haven't.

Thats how I've been going so far. But of course yesterday was the first day that I've actually mixed nutes together and my plants seem fine at the moment. I'll probably be feeding again in 2-3 days cause these plants are drinking heavy now. So we'll see where we go from there.

I use ff liq. trio, start with grow big, when I see hair I start grow big/ big bloom mix, then in a couple 2 or 3 weeks I start big bloom/ tiger bloom mix then I used to finish off with tiger bloom, but now I finish with ff cha-ching and mix that with tiger bloom.,, good luck with your grow,, and hope this helps

I use all of the liquids, I want to get the solubles but they're horrifically priced for a one to two time grow use and I haven't seen any journals that warrant them. I also use all of the Bush Doctor (FoxFarms Microbe line) and have wonderful results with them.

Some questions for you FoxFarm folks;

1. What's your water PH before and after the nutes?
2. Do you manage the PH before feeding or leave it as is?
3. What percentage of feed do you start at?
4. Do you use them EVERY watering or every other or what?

For me;

1. 7.5 before, 5.9 after 2 tsp/gallon of Tiger Bloom or 6.3 after 3tsp/gallon of Grow Big.
2. I only manage the PH if I use more - i.e: 3 tsp/gallon of Tiger Bloom drops my PH down to about 4.8. I never use more than 3tsp/gallon of GB.
3. I start GB @ the third set of true leaves at 0.5TSP/gallon of Grow Big for the first week, then 1.5tsp/gallon, then 3tsp gallon.. I start Tiger at week 5-6 or when bud sites have "definition" at 0.33 TSP (close as I can get it) then 1 TSP/gallon for two weeks then 2 TSP/gallon.
4. I've never skipped feedings, experienced minor burn which I also believe lead to stunting. Trying to work the kinks of this out still, but every strain is different.

is pretty helpful in the usage of the nutes.. I've spent a lot of time on the phone with them, haha. I know everyone uses them differently and I've seen better results than mine - so I figured I'd ask.

I use all 6 and my PH has never dropped below 6.7. Starting at 7. Also, the soluble are expensive but they last way longer than 2 grows.. the liquid is two grows id say the soluble is like 10
