That was always my debate to how much are the roots base do you want to take up.
This is all stuff you can improve over time I bought a dimable ballast for my 2nd grow my 600w can be lowered to 400w at times of stress but the cooltube sorted that as I got that last you seem to be well on ya wayYeah, that`s how I imagined it. Looks clean and easy! Well done!
If I`m able to get it down 7f, I would be on about 78-80 F - perfect.
I think I have some spare duct at home, so I just need to find a good airhood and we`re rolling!
I`m heading over to Amsterdam for the weekend to check out some new genetics, but will look into it first thing Monday.
Flowering is scheduled for next week and I`d love to be able to boost my lux a little for that, but at this point, there is no way I can lower the lights without risking to heatstress the ladies.
Thank you again for bringing this option to my attention! Hopefully I`m able to get my heat problems under control once and for all..!
these apps need to be calibrated with a lux meter that has been calibrated by factory.
Also tried it with them but they suck so my real one is on the way.
Yeah, I figured.
It feels like the shopping list just keeps growing..
Today I had a little glance into the tent to see how they were recovering from the LST and I have to say, so far so good!
The space probably went from 15% full to 75%, so now it`s just to wait for the girls to grow to fill inn the last 25%
Now my biggest fear is that I trained them to late and they don`t have enough time to grow into the intended grow space, but I guess I`ll just have to wait and see
i popped back in to see how you were doing try worry a bit less pal they will always recover as long as you dont snap them in half and even then your not totally screwed plus if your getting led lights in future stick with what you have i still have seen people pull good weight at 90f just do your best to keep it lowYeah, I figured.

And as you know, the best part is yet to come
I`m very, very self critical, so if anything goes anything besides perfect, I look at what`s happened and how it can be prevented - down to the smallest detail.
I know it can be very annoying, It sure as hell pisses me off at times, but luckily i`m a quick learner
The temperature is down to around 30 degrees now (28 during dark hours), after i made the canopy even with LST and centered the lights.
Make sure to take a trip back here in a few weeks, as the flowering time is just around the corner.
