Week 3 (Day 20)

Everybody is cruising along now :smoking: . I popped 4 - 1.75” holes into each bucket to allow some air movement around the roots. All those roots that were creeping out the pinholes are now able to be air pruned as soon as they try to escape the cup, which was the original idea. I’ve also taking one autocob outta the rotation, 4 was just too much light for the girls , they definitely perked up soon as I did that. Temps are 75-78°f, and humidity is 51-55%.

How well does your automation work for watering? I’d like to get on that soon for my grows. What is your setup?

So far so good, everything works as planned. I used my autopot reservoir, and stuck a 400gph pump into the bottom of it. I ran 5/8” OD soft poly hose up from the pump and ran it into the tent where it connects to an 8 port manifold. Then just choose your emitters and run them to your plants. I’ve got the pump on a timer, which runs for 3 minutes every 8 hours now. This grow wouldn’t be happening without the auto system, all I’ve gotta do is clean the drip trays and refill/clean the res once a week.

Ive got a tee fitting just above the pump, it runs to a valve that just sprays back into the resevoir so there’s no siphon effect when the pump turns off.

Cool, thanks Garage. I need to get on that soon. I’m thinking hydro halos for my regular grows but I wasn’t sure what type of distribution and sizing I will need.

Week 4 (Day 30)

I took all the plants out of the tent yesterday, and gave them abit of a haircut. Cleaned up the bottoms of each plant, removing a few of the small bud-sites from the lower branches. All plants are into flowering now, with the Gelato being abit behind the others, as it’s just kicking out preflowers. I’ve also upped the feedings to 5x a day, and the temps are steady at 76°f and 47% humidity.

-0.5g/gal CMP
-1g/gal Sweet Candy
-2.5ml/g GH Kool Bloom

Thanks buddy! Just been winging it as I go along, as it’s the first time going start to finish in these PITA cups lol. It’s definitely not the easiest task growing out autos in Solocup! Props to everyone who keeps them alive long enough to cross the finish line!

Looking good amigo, this reminds me that it’s transplant day for my three Lil MobStars. The structure on your plants are definitely promising for a decent harvest. How tall are they roughly?
