Indoor Fairy Lights & Purple Russians (Wiz)

Hey all. Just thought Id show my small grow.

I grew them in a homebox xs with 250W HPS. The tent was located on an uninsulated loft, so there was outdoortemp right outside the tent. Therefore I did not use exhaust fan, so I could keep up the temps. Still it was very cold. Temperatures ranged from 10-25 C. Often with more than 10 degrees difference between top and bottom of plants. Temps were depending on outdoortemps. I also ran the lights 24/0 to keep them from freezing.

Seeds were started 10th of dec. There are three Purple Russians in the one pot(which eventually ends up with two). All the single plants are Fairy Lights.

Theese pics are from harvest day 23.December.

Now I will post pics of every individual plant. Good or badlooking, here is what I ended up with.


First the two Purple Russians. Only one is purple for some reason.

And the rest are fairy lights.

And here is the best pheno. I will show 2 pics of this. Bigass top bud going down the whole stem.

And some harvest pics........ Ended up with between 130-150 gr. alltogether which Im quite happy with considering the circumstances :smoke:. The plants took a hell of a beating up there in those temps all by themselves. Sometimes it would go almost a week between each visit lol .

Smell differs between the phenos, some are fruity, while some are more spicy. Havent really tested them for real yet. Still curing.

I really like the nice red buds and really nice pictures. What seed company do those Russian Reds come from. If you breed them your self what are they out of?

Yeah some of them have nice purle/red tones. Im pretty sure the breeder is Wiz. I dont have a clue about the make up. Maybe someone does?

great grow (considering how ofter you checked up on em)............i noticed you ran two plants in one pot,.....did it affect the plants growth in your opinion ?............what did the root balls like like on that one?...........did the roots from both plants grow together?

Look at them...they look like a set of mini trees....:clap: :clap: :clap:

Now..you could see those growing in the garden with some bedding plants and nobody would know what they are..

It is an unusual growth pattern you have..I don't normally get that much Trunk showing at the bottom....is that the light...?

They could be topiary trees...I Love the shape..Bud candyfloss.

What height are they and what size pots...?

Looks like a Lot of bud-mass for the pot size..Well Grown Bom..:clap: :clap: :clap:

What is the grow smell like on the Russians...?...
I can't remember if I sent you the normal ones or the ones with the Dragon additive.

If they are the normal..they are White Russian x JEM x AK-47..
if they are RussianDragon...they have the Deep Chunk in too...

That is Stunning...I could eat it....

I'll have to see if I can catch FD to have a look..as far as I can remeber..there is only us 3 that have grown FairyLights..so I am Delighted to see her...:booya: :booya: :booya:

i noticed you ran two plants in one pot,.....did it affect the plants growth
in your opinion ?............what did the root balls like like on that one?...........did the roots from both plants grow together?

mr.s..I grow multiple phenos to pot all the time...IMO..they like a cuddle-up..

I get less weight per pheno..but more weight per pot..using the method.

the roots do get intertwined..

:smokebudswiz in theory couldn't you at least help.. if not solve the root problem by addin super chunky pearlight to your compost C.I.F correct if wrong...

It is not a root problem in my view..they just intertwine as all plants would in one pot..

There was a good write up in High Times a few years ago about having communal pots ( multiple plants per) . There seemed to be a difference in single plant per pot and a bed style where all the roots intertwined . The bed did better . Will have to loo for the article . Quite interesting.
