You seem to know what your doing as it is ,, but I will give my tupence

Harvest time ,,, ok ,,, like growing you will find many members have there own quirks and routines they follow , which one is right or wrong I couldn't say

Now I like my smoke a bit racey so I allways take at first signs of Amber , but that said I don't take down my girls all at once, I do it in stages ,, top ,, middle and bottom

You will find that them Lower buds will swell up more than you expected , people don't take all the cherries from a tree at once ,, so why expect all your buds to be ready at once

I trim and place in Brown bags and then place the bags into a cardboard box , but I very rarely have enough to go through a proper cure etc ,, I smoke it far to fast

just something like the above hairy not many do a 2,3,4,5 part harvest,another option for Equatorial to mull over.

I have put Diesel and Lemon in an empty bedroom I usually use for drying, with an AC set to Dry Mode. At 24C, RH is around 45 to 48 so its perfect. Although the electricity bill is a biatch. No lights on but might get some ambient light during the day.

I blasted my plants with 24/0 lights last grow so want to change things up a bit this time round. I am testing 2-3 days light deprivation (cos i can't give total darkness) to see if they will stress and fatten up buds. I've also only given them PHed water for the last 4 feeds to see if I get better taste. I call this a cleanse, not a flush. Lets see if i like it better?

Diesel might be a little early but I wanna try a more Sativa effect. Lemon I feel will be just nice for harvest on Sunday.

Should be ready in less than 2 weeks.

Purple is a MONSTER!

She just stopped stretching at week 12, i think. I read her way wrongly at first and started her with Red Line along with Diesel and Lemon. I thought it will kick start her into heavier flowering but I was wrong. She just needs more time. I have switched back to MMB the past 3 feeds. Will give her a light feed/ plain water next before continuing with MMB for another 3 feeds. Then, hopefully she will be really ready for RL.

Chopped and hung Lemon in its entirety. Started with her first cos she is smaller. I really dread trimming Diesel due to her size!

Some Lemon shots before harvest and hung. Did not even bother to take trich shots. Just know she is ready, but on the earlier side. Just how I want it this time.

I trimmed Diesel a bit without chopping and that itself took me an hour. She could definitely go another week but I don't need the yield. I want to try an early harvest effect. Earlier on, i removed some bud rot from her but saved a good part. Smoked her couple days later and I love that euphoric effect although it did not last long. I feel that now is the perfect time for max THC. Pretty much all cloudy with a hint of amber.

She gets chopped tomorrow morning. Depending on my mood, may go for part harvest. Did not see any fattening from 3 days of light deprivation so put her back on weak lights in the corner. Lets see if this shocks her enough to bulk up in the next 15 hours or so.
