It most certainly can be. Some situations, however, call for different teks. If you can get equal yields from not scrogging as you can from scrogging, then there is no need for the net. I'm still workin on that. But I am close. I do firmly believe one should try a scrog at least once, along with every other tek. As well as have a .Mohawk atleast once in their lives. Lol
