My question is; if ur Plant drinks so much a day, how do you refill ur bucket? With ph water only or you put together all the nutes again? Because normally someone change the bucket at the end of the week, but if she drinks so much how often you mix ur nutes? Hope you understand me... Sorry for me english

I have a 40 gallon trash can filled with RO water ready to go, I have a sub pump in there, i turn it on and stick the hose into the 20 gallon container the plant is in. I let it fill untill i see it hit that mark. I let it sit for about 20 min so it mixes well. Then i test the PPM's and PH. If it has to be adusted i do so.

For instance if i needed/wanted to add some nutes to bring it up, Depending on the stage on the plant. I will add in say Mag Pro at 30 mls (these numbers are just used as an example) Let that sit for about 15 minutes or so... so it mixes well... THen add in 30 mls of Dyna Grow Bloom, Let sit for about 15 min... THen adjust the PH accordingly...

Some times i only need to just fill with plain RO water, It depends on what my PPM's and PH readings are prior to me adding water. If its really LOW PPM's i will add back in some nutes.... If the PPMs are higher then i initally set.... i just add back plain water.

THen at the end of the week i dump the entire res water and make a new batch

Hi! Thanks for your advice/information that will help me a bit. I think i understand now how to. I saw some videos where you explained that with the 40 gallon trash.

My concern was to know how I do it in the middle of the week if they need water, if I need to mix nutes or to put only water etc etc. Thank you very much

Especially the post where you had nutrient problems because of RH being too high! helped me figure out an issue I've had in RDWC in my opticlimate system!

I had the opposite problem - happy clones in mother tent under a gavita plasma, then put them in main tent in rdwc under HPS - instant problems. thought it was wilting, then clawing, but turns out opticlimates dehumidify air automatically!!!! so it's hard to get the RH above 35% at first!!! poor little guys closed all stomata, stopped feeding! now got humidity domes on them to see if they improve. I have high hopes, but back up coco plants just in case

I'd love to see a single monster DWC grow here ( Jorilla style!) - side lit and everything.

I plan to do a christmas tree style grow at some point - one massive RES, 10 airstones, veg time of 5-6 months, 4 x 600W on it from all sides.... glorious.

I just been super busy and didn't have time to document any further grows. I just pulled 6lbs from the scrog of Critical Kush. I know have some SoCal Master Kush and Strawberry cough in the veg in dwc buckets.
About to pop 15 Red Poison Autos and run them in soil while these are vegging

Hey bud, good to see you're still around. I just came back myself a couple months ago after almost 2 years away. I'm still doing a few autos in soil but mostly I'm running photos in rdwc now. How many plants gave you the 6 lbs.?

@912GreenSkell i think ive just found the perfect journal for tips. check out this beauty! this is pretty much same size space for 2 plants in hydro. think im only gonna have about 800w led so wont get that size but this is what im aiming for : )
