Grow Mediums DWC Scrog Grow

Man these are just GORGEOUS!! I have to say that Skywalker Kush is some of the frostiest buds I have seen here on AFN. I can't wait to see what your final haul will be! Great Job! Max Rep on this one for sure!

THanks bro, overall iam happy with it so far, but i still won't hit my numbers i don't think. The humidity issue really hurt the overall yield. The Vanilla Kush and Skywalker kush are on flush right now, they will come down next weekend.

Dialed in i should be able to hit 4lbs on that scrog.

I just seen this... The roots actually pushed in hydro ton so tight it broke my 6 inch net pot! :roflcry:

Hey Lykaboss.....truly impressive pot buster!
Your grow has inspired me into hydro...I made 3 DWC buckets and I am currently using jungle juice (day 26) --- but my order from Skunk Labs came today and I will use them exclusively for my bloom stage. Do you have any insight or tips for using these nutes?

Sup cuch thanks for stopping by my grow, happy to know that this thread has inspired you. I am sure you will knock it outta the park in DWC.

You made a good choice going with skunk labs for sure. The lvl of support that they offer is excellent if you have any issue with there lineup just shoot them over an email with pics and they will help you nail down the problem. Just follow the feed chart and you will be fine.

Remember to ALWAYS brew your tea in advance before you need it. That root Assist tea is a life saver. Add the nutes in the exact order in the chart. Also..... Make SURE you PH your water BEFORE.. you add in your compost tea. Compost Tea always gets added last. Store the TEa in the Fridge it will keep for up to 10 days, so 1 batch is enough for two bucket changes. So it goes along way.

I love the skunklabs lineup for a few reasons... 1. its cheap, 2. so simple to follow. 3. it works.

I have made a youtube vid of DWC temps using Skunk Labs Root Assist tea if you wish to check it out.

Your plants look good btw, seems like your off to a steller start, I look forward to seeing your results :goodluck::Sharing One:

Yo hows it goin?! Say, I'm working on my SCROG net right now and I'm back in forth with all of these ideas. I remembered seeing how yours is suspended from the ceiling and I like the idea of being able to adjust the height easily.

I'm curious though, how do you keep the plants from pushing the net up? Does the weight of it keep it pretty much in place? My particular net is only 40" x 40".

you got it, the weight of the scrog itself keeps them down no problem. If you are worried your scrog will not be heavy enough... simple fix, just insert a a few dowel rods into the rails to add a bit of extra weight. Thats the idea i had anyway, but once i started to build mine i realized it was not needed since mine is 4 foot by 12 foot, its got some weight to it.

Right on man, thank you!
