Hey Gonzo, sorry to hear this grow hasn't gone quite as planned for you.
Hopefully adding a bit of tap water to your RO works out for you... I will say though that I've been using straight RO water with my AN nutes in soil for all my previous grows, including my last grow which was my best at 4-5oz/plant.
The pH of my feeds has always been around 5.7-5.9... I initially thought this was quite low for soil as well but haven't bothered to adjust it since they claim these nutrients are available at a much wider pH range and also pure RO water is what they recommend using. I never really had any lockout or major deficiencies by feeding at this pH in soil so I'm not entirely convinced this is your issue... but then again Tang says his nutes have a pH of around 6.6 with his tap water and we've all seen the results he gets so maybe this will be better for you...
Either way I think you should at least let two of the better looking TD's go 90+ days to see if they may still fatten up.
