Dutch Passion Dutch Passion AutoXtreme in 30 litre airpot

Glad you could make it over hear and it always a huge thrill to know you have inspired someone.

there are 2 ways to check soil PH,first and most accurate would be a soil PH probe I would recommend this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Accurate-...752573?pt=US_Garden_Tools&hash=item257d2ae2fd second you can check the run off as mentioned above, this method you measure the PH of the water going in the what drips out of the bottom.

PH metre bought and paid for Mr TaNg
I could not find anyone in the UK with the Accurate 8 you recommended so bought from the states via ebay.co.uk

Hey true,

Do I recommend you flush yet? No. You could try lowering EC and dropping solution pH to 5.8 for a while and see how that goes (I suspect things'll improve). Still, just shooting in the dark until you get an accurate read on substrate pH bro. As I said, our solution worked for your symptoms in the past, though as to which specific def is going on is moot if the fix is common to many... Good luck man.

Just caught up mate. Well what can I say, looks like a bangin setup mate and you can't go wrong the DP Genetics, I'm sure AutoX want let you down.

If you haven't already you should check out both of TaNg's Auto X's, absolute monsters.

Mr Kip thanks for dropping in and the kind words :)
I have seen one of TaNg's autox grows, thats how I found this place and thats why Im here with these DP stunners :)
I will have a good look through Mr TaNg's profile for his other grows when I get chance.
Cheers Kip :)

Thanks Dude my brother :)
There's been a lot of replies and photo's and stuff to think about today.
Ive been in my room tonight trying to weigh up whats what. I wonder if being a newbie makes me over react abit?
Im so keen to get this right, Im sure its a common problem with new un's :)

I said for sure I have not over watered but perhaps I have a little.
I said for sure I have not over fed nutes but perhaps I have a little.
I admitted my error with too much root stimulant and that was a lot too much so there's another point off.
No idea on soil ph, thats going to be 2 weeks until my metre arrives from America.
The way the plants are growing 2 weeks is going to mean some big changes. 2 plants are past half a metre already.

These 3 plants for sure have something going on but there not at deaths door and still growing well.
In fact like I said before my 2 biggest plants are the 2 most sick (with these unknown issues) I will fire a picture up on the help board and see what others have to say.

I think more than anything what I find strange is how its 3 plants out of 9 and not all of them.
Is that normal enough? When folks have issues does it not always effect all the room the same?

Anyways off up the wooden hill for me Im fooked..
Cheers Dude, out.

Thanks my man for taking the time to reply :)
As just written, theres been a lot said today, lots of pics and lots of good replies.

Its funny or not that funny but strange how I feel about trying to put things back on track.
I went in my room tonight thinking Im going to do this and that and more or less of the other.
Then I looked at these 3 plants and thought I could make things loads worse and thats what I dont want to do.

Gently gently catchy monkey :)
The plan is what you said, weaker food but still feed, leave out the other extra's just some 1/4 strength feed and lower my PH.
They are ready for a drink but I thought they can wait another night.

Any suggestion on ec level ?
I was on 1.2 with my previous feeds but have no idea where that is on the scale of low/medium/high.

Thanks again South for the help and advice :)

Same to everyone else on here, THANKS very much for all the replies, advice and kind words - Please keep um coming :peace:

EC at around .80 and gradually reduce pH. Your plants are coping so you don't need to do anything drastic. Whatever you do you gotta get a read on your substrate pH. Good luck man.

thats a ph metre for soil does it do the nutes as well?

Thanks South Syder, lights back on shortly so going in with this as a plan mann :)

A quick question everyone :)

What would be the ideal PH of my soil ?
When the metre arrives what do I do to lower or raise my PH to where I want it?

Just as a silly example, lets say my soil is PH5 and its agreed it should be PH6.
Do I simply make sure my feeds from now on are PH6 or would I need to flush at PH6 to wash all the PH5'ness out?

Sorry for the silly question but what may seem simple to you is not so for me.
Im keen keen keen to get the soil bang on and enjoy a great grow.

What do you reckon @TaNg, @DutchPassionTony, @dude, @South Syder and anyone else of course.

*Your help is well appreciated :)
