hey duggy.

Looking great good sir.

Im asking a few people with auto pot experience about how the tank of nute responds when its left for a while to stew??
In the past when i have left nutes for more than a few days they end up getting pretty funky which has slightly put me off the idea of auto pots?? But i have always used Organic feed and wondered wether this might be the problem?

How do you go about dealing wight the main butt ? Do you only part fill it or do you fill the whole tank at once?

Cheers for any info dude!! Respecticals

Hey bro...unless I am leaving it unattended I use a 5L tank which needs daily top up and keeps it fresh. This is my first attempt with organics and the tank stays fresh for less than 5 days. Organic nutes are not ideal for unattended system. I will be taking holidays this weekend for 2 weeks and will fill the 47L tank with plain pH'd water and top dress the pots with some EWC and bat guano to hopefully keep them sustained.
I normally see some pH fluctuation during holidays but remain happy with the fact that the grow can continue uninterrupted.
You could also use mineral nutrients short term during any extended absence.
Cheers...
Duggy
