I grew the cbd for the wife. I'm just not sure what to do with it - smoke it like everything else or make some kind of extraction.

Smoke it dude it will taste the same but a lot less high

Yea mate give the bud a go, unless the wife prefers oil or edibles.
I got a sample of some cbd bud and capsules recently and found the bud more effective

After a 5 day paper bag dry I did the final trim on the Gelato - 89g dry. A bit over 3 zips - not too shabby in soil but not the 8-16 zip yield that i have gotten used to on some of my hydro grows. I had to do a taste test. The flavor and smell is kind of a sour dank combo - interesting. But most of all, the buzz is pretty good! Defo on my list to grow again soon!
