drying help ?

I harvested a few plants and the only place i can dry them is in my active grow tent in the corner so not in direct light near the carbon filter

They are hung over 2 strings so they are laying horizontal and a smaller one is hanging upside down,
Have a hygrometer up in were they are hanging

Temps are between 19.5' c / 21' c
Rh is between 40%-45%

Is this OK to dry like this and are the temp and rh ok

Any help is much appreciated

Temps aren't bad, but you need to either up the rH, or use paper sacks to slow the dry down. I try and keep things at about 70* (20ish) and 60%. The dryer it is, the less wet trim I do... and prefer full plant hang to help keep the rH around as long as possible if things are 40 and lower...

Use full sized grocery bags if you need the size, I fill 6 to 8 inches deep and get in and move the nugs around daily.

I suggest put them in paper bags, boxes with some holes, etc. for more controlled, slower drying. Exposed in the tent they will dry too fast. If you trim the plant, cut off buds, etc. those will dry even faster than the whole plant, so I wouldn't leave those exposed in the tent at all or for at most just a short time. Overall, the longer the drying time, the better. You have a hygrometer, so you're all set.

I leave freshly cut full stems tucked in an upper corner of the tent for 1, at most, 2 days. Then I trim some and do more controlled drying for 5-7 days. Then seal up for curing.

Yeah definitely they will dry pretty fast. Brown bags and or a box would help you out in the position you're at right now..

Today the humidity is at 41% and temps are currently at 20.6°c,
so will be putting the box in shortly when I get time.

With a box in the corner what temp and humidity am I aiming for?

i bet your buzzing about your harvest also i think you may know i dry everything in brown paper bags so maybe look into them

Definitely buzzing , wish i had bags now, but have them in the box now, temps 18°c and rh is 61% hoping temp goes up 2°c and humidity down 5%, i have a brown bag that came along with the weather station for what reason i do not know, lol, might put about a Qs worth in it just to see the outcome
