Got a Tri Tip that was seasoned from the store. Grilled up low n slow to about a medium - medium rare sliced thin, Spanish rice and refried beans. The clean plate and then leftover sloppy plate covered in hot sauce. I haven’t ever done one. I would love to do one on the King.

So…we were thinking about getting a hunk of A5 Wagyu. Any suggestions as to what to get? I was thinking about maybe a filet or three. Go.

Seen this stuffed cabbage roll soup pics show up in other social media. So found recipe and wife made it. Totally a deconstructed cabbage roll that I love without all the hard work. Even reheats good just soaks up more of the juice and flavors burst.

If wife made this honey sesame chicken everyday I wouldn’t complain it’s damn good. Then she’s made two batches of peanut brittle.

Wasn’t sure if I had posted this. But the crescent dough in can stuffed with sweetened cream cheese and fresh raspberries, blackberries, blueberries. Then French toast egg mix poured over to sit overnight before baking in the morning. Top with whip cream and eat away.

I’ve not had wings in so long. So since we are down in the valley with lots of options told the wife let’s go. Took her over to a place I’ve been before got appetizer of Arizona Poutine (chipotle cheese sauce and chorizo) covered fries. Then some hot wings for me, garlic Parmesan and Cesar wings for the wife.
