Fired up the pellet grill this weekend.

First, we have smoked and braised whole heel roasts .

Then some smoked and braised beef cheeks. The cheeks are just unbelivable in texture and just maximum beef flavor.

Then I made some poor man's burnt ends with chuck roast and heel roast.

Finally made some sliders on Hawaiin rolls with pickled red onions, and served with smoked. cheezy tats.

The good thing is that my calcium score came back as zero. :cooldance:

That was a sweet little explanation. That is exactly how I would have labeled it too. I always considered the shoulder the lower front leg, also called a picnic I believe, and the butt directly above that…and obviously the loin, the belly and the HAMILY FAMILY Desjardens Spelunker. I don’t think that’s a term that most folks are familiar with besides the ones that live in me noodle caboose.

I tripped over some lava or something and smacked my hard so hard I saw galaxies or some shit. Maybe it was just gas…when I woke up, I was in my kaboodle and this fuckin thing was just staring at me like some roughneck after I stole his lunch. Jaba. The. Hut. Ain’t got tone like this. Alakazamsm.

Psssshh….naturally! :rofl: If he’s locked in this house, he’s getting plenty o’ cannabinoids, second hand style. It’s probably the only reason I haven’t been stung yet, they’re super chill, on account of the highness and what not…:rofl::rofl:
