Growing up we had a peach tree in the yard and lots of peach pies but never bourbon. Awesome

Bourbon trees apparently aren't native around here either. It's a shame

Remember the chicken nuggets I made. They were today's Linner. I had ranch dressing and Tongkatsu sauces for them.

I have the Primate. It can be kind of a problem with charcoal or pellets….anything with a live fire due to our low rh and desert environment, so I got a gas grill. I stopped using my smoker after a small fire burned down an entire block….including four houses and all cars….and they were only 10 miles from the fire department. It was insane. So I decided to not use the smoker anymore unless its been raining alot.

Oh poor you! My friend was in another country and he saw a fire. Since then he is very worried about everything related with fire and heat. When he arrived, I had helped him to smoke the weed and even cooked for him. Now he is OK, thanks God. He got great gas grill instead of pellet ones and I'm going to eat perfet meat tonight!

So. Whole cloves from a spice jar.

Broiler on high with the rest to toast em up

They grew fuzzy and white in the broiler.

Any idea of why?
Looks like mold. But it happened in 15 mins under very high heat.

Is this some sort of sugar burning out and having like a cotton candy like effect?

I can't make sense of it at all
