You all know how I love to cook but haven’t been able to recently. I’m able to get around some now with a walker so maybe more pictures. This still was made with me loading up the Cuisinart app on my phone to watch the Woodcreek pellet smoker temps. Wife mustard coated and bbq dry rub seasoned the racks of ribs. Then put on smoker at 225f for almost 3hrs, they then get coated in some bbq sauce foil wrapped for another 2hrs, the final hour coated again in bbq sauce to caramelize up before dinner is served.

Now last night was firing up the grill. Pulled out some venison steak and New York strip steaks. Seasoned up with little olive oil, kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper. Grilled to a medium rare. Plated up with green beans and loaded potato salad.

Those pickles look fucking killer bro. I am truly jealous. They look so pretty in their jars. Too bad it takes half a year... lol. I guess it's not a problem if you got old pickles that are coming out now. It's like a sea of green...but with pickleses.

So what kind of pellet grill is that Mr Bobcat sir?
Well I know that they advise against it but I have eaten my pickles years past the recommended time frame. Just don't eat them if the smell is off or they are squishy. So yes we have a shelf of various pickles in various stages of age. The onions are so good right now.

My parents weren't farmers but we grew up with farms all around us and my mother could cook, preserve and can everything. Ms. MOG's parents were like that as well so we are good with food. I have learned to pickle just what fits in the Boil pot or Pressure canner at one time. I did the pickles in less than 2 hours but I have a routine.

Lookey what the USPS is bringing to me...sort of ironic that they made the laws that state that this specific thing is illegal here in NY. Haha bitches, bring me my puddin.

I can’t fucking wait. It’s a busy week for deliveries here at the Bubble Cantina. Tee hee, Christmas in May...why not? And yes, that knife is fully automatic. She’s a switchblade for sure.

Well, Christmas came early. I got my Asus Router.

THis tHinG iX fInnA CHANGE MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks a ton Greeny. Seriously bro. From NB and our pal Joleen, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. This thing is FUCKING SICK BRO!!!!! I just downloaded a game on my Series X to check the cable speed. It was between 70-80Mbps before. I hit fucking 225 brother!!! It downloaded this 1.4gig game in like 40 seconds. Nuts. It's rock solid on the Wifi too...it's absolutely bonkers. I needed this so fucking bad. This old router must have been like pushing a river through a 12" storm drain. Hahaha. No more. I can now bathe in pudding. My life is complete sort of. I scored some Kamado Joe lumpy charcoal in 20 pound sack for twenty buckholes. Shits am sassy. I'm gonna fucking smoke some dope and possibly a brisket. I really think I might grab one. I got a few days to figure it out, my grill left today. It's on a pallet somewhere. Headed here like a dummy Mex from Analsex. Get here: NOW

Thanks. Bubble Deluxe

PS: I named the new network

That isn’t getting old yet. I can only imagine what my neighbors think of it. They are all kinda squares. I’m definitely more of a triangle masquerading as a Doctor of Jalaps & Jaboops. Do yourself a favor and Hava Tampa Grampa.

Nice, I’ve been liking the autos recently. Check out these new Pro-tech SBR’s got one in acid wash blade and other is dlc coated. Pic overload on these but I love them. Snappy when you hit the button and made here in the USA.
