Well got some Sirloin steaks seasoned up with salt/pepper/garlic/onion powder sitting on the pan at room temp now to hit the grill
soon. Then wife made up some potato with onion wraps that I'll start cooking way before the steaks, also have 4 pounds of
broccoli florets that will be put on the griddle with butter. This is the early Fathers Day dinner as I won't be home on that day.

Man, I must say….Bushy does not fuck around when it comes to outdoor cooking. Never any unused space to be seen. Ya gotta respect a guy that will toss an 18 pack of steaks on the fire :rofl::rofl:

Finally got around to sharpening most of my knives….what a chore lol

When my knives get bad I take them to a pro at the Farm Market. It is not cheap but he can put a scalpel sharp edge that holds a long time. Then I have a steel and a diamond stone to keep them fit. I really only have two knives I use a lot. 12" chef and a carving knife. Of course I have all of the specialty blades but they see little use in comparison.

Last night was my last day to cook for a bit. Didn't take pictures as it was taking it's toll on my foot to be out there. But made
bacon, Capt'n Crunch and Buttermilk pancakes and few fried eggs for dinner. Now today I need to pack an overnight bag as
I have surgery on my hand first thing in the morning. So will be down till I'm healed of that. Then need to deal with my insurance
to approve the CT/MRI on my other foot so we can figure out what is up but the xrays that the Dr took it seems I have the same
issue as my other foot I just had surgery on.

Please keep this going with some awesome food pics to keep my spirits HIGH
