Dutch Passion DP Frisian Duck (Photo)

looks great. I am pleased with the stealth leaf shape, and also the number of bloom points.

It's a very impressive girl. I've never had so many bloom points on any strain before. I should have removed more lower leaves to make room for better air movement but I didn't know I would need to lol.

My Pics don't do her justice. Just finishing week 5 heading into week 6 tomorrow. She is doing very well despite a bit of abuse from my lack of experience so i have to say she is quite the trooper :) Trying to judge from what I have learned but I think she might have to go 9 weeks instead of 8. We will have to see though.

Happy growing everyone :)

SOoOoOoOoOoOoOo I have been having humidity issues as in it being to high. I haven't been able to afford a dehumidifier so I have been using fans and good circulation hoping it would be enuff. It was not. I went into the tent this morning and the musty smell was crazy strong I checked the buds like I have been doing because the smell has been building for a bit. Never found anything till this morning. All the lower buds I should have trimmed off under the canopy have bud rot. The air was unable to penetrate do to my lack of pruning. So that's my bad. Awesome plant and great genetics I will be definitely will be growing this strain again very soon :). As for my current grow I'm not even sure what to do at this point to salvage the grow thus far as it still has two weeks left (Min) I have cut out all the rot so far and am at a loss of what to do next. Other then try and get the humidity down and hope for the best with lots of inspections.

Yes I did it ended up in allot of removal and some borrowing of money for a dehumidifier but all seems well I inspect the buds daily using two tooth pics to gently separate the the colas and then use a micro scope to make sure lol. its a task but worth it lol The buds still have a musty smell to them so I m going to harvest asap once they mature a bit. Some of the buds I cut that were to close to the rot buds for my comfort seemed to be fine so I dried and curing them. Smoked some was surprised being harvested in end of week 5 they had a light but nice buzz to them very impressive :) It weighed up at 26 g witch made me cringe at the possibilities it could have been if I hadn't have booffed lol Very excited for the actual harvest though buds are dense and have a fruity smell when lightly touched.

First off sorry I didn't post pics last week I ran into an issue that needed to be addressed and took up time so by the end I was drained. So good news is grow is still growing and buds are looking great some wear and tear from operation "kill rot" but all is well. These pics are from mid week 7. If I have to harvest the full plant early I will be taking pics before hand and also will update with dry weight later keeping in mind she would be capable of so much more if I had of had a dehumidifier. I would like to draw attention that even in late flower this phenotype leaves still display the "duck" style leaf and would blend in the back ground well in a stealth grow. I am very big fan of this plant. It grows with super tight internodes and is very generous with its bud sights and flower growth. I have never had a plant that had this dense and tight of a bud structure before. Witch I was unprepared for and I did not have the right environment to accommodate that's my bad. Looking forward to growing the other 2 seeds I have left. With this experience from this grow I'm hoping to be a little more prepared lol Thanx for looking happy growing peoples. :)

I Love it Clix!!

Love the training! I thought she'd be unruly which had held me back from ordering the photo dp duck. Looking at yours I could really see one of those in my *cough* veggie patch :)

Love those leaves! :) Cute!

Thanks for the updates!

She`s still looking good, even after the emergency surgery! Very nice mate  :pass:
