Im going to scrap the pancake style and instead use netpots to make a similar construction as a prefab one
the thinking is that more surface area to pull air from will create less resistance for the fans to get through, plus the air will move slower over the carbon so better odour removal
I used a jiffy pot and put into the coco seedling pot filling in the space with the batmix.
My thinking is that it will germ in the coco and have a bit of food once it grows root then in a week or so I can put it into the final pot without transplant shock.
I think I'll use an 8L fabric bag pot

Nice, havent seen those Scythe fans. Seems like they at 9V are around the same as Noctua on 12V. Will consider buying them instead of Noctua, might be able to find them cheaper.
How much carbon did you use? And what are dimensions of scrubber?
