Dinafem Dinafem Quick Kush & Quick Critical

There is a thread about that here https://www.autoflower.org/threads/...-to-light-a-discussion-about-leaf-lift.57622/ some good info in there, I myself am unsure but I always attributed it to the correct environment regarding lights etc.

Thank you, the Critical gets fatter every day. I'll take some new pics tonight. And here is my Dinafem Ocean Grown Cookies, I finally got her into a tent to flower. Just moved her so she should be perked up when she wakes up today.

Our OGC or Ocean Grown Cookies growing really well and looking super healthy

OK, these gals grow fast! Done stretching of course, but she fills out more each day. It is day 36 of flower only, so she should have some nice, fat colas by the time she is done. In soil it is 49 days, but adding about a week for hydro puts me about at the end of this month.

To take the place of the culled Kush, is a second Critical in an AutoPot. She won't get as big but should finish in 49 days and will be good to compare. She won't be a slouch tho, and at 10 days into flower is forming nice buds already. I will start her on transition soon to bloom, her last feed was just some Vitamax, plus humic and fulvic acid as she was showing nute burn.

Thank you Mark, you are one of the only vendors to drop into everyone's threads to say a kind word. I know the vendors are busy, so it is extra appreciated that you take even more time out of your day to interact with us and even answer questions. Hats off to you! :toke:

Dam those look so good! That one is a beast! How long do these strains take? Wonder if they have a distributor that ships within the usa don't like to deal with customs. You are killin it with the photo plants seen your other journal too.

Thank you very much :toke:
Quick Kush is 49-56, I will be starting the rest of my seeds as soon as I know I got some room for them.
Quick Critical is 49 days indoors in soil, I'll update when the lights go on tonight. She is at 44 days in DWC and I am thinking 55-60 in that media.
I'm not sure about US Distributors, @Dinafem-Mark you got any plans for in the US?
Customs can be a handful, I'm legal, Canada is legal, and still customs are :cuss:to deal with.

I'll be updating the other journal too, Stickman popped in now I gotta show him some more fire :smoking:

I got my environment (s) better balanced now, picked up a second humidifier but if we have a hot summer I'm gonna be in deep doo doo. I am *trying* to shut down the "back up" tent but I don't think it's possible, so I'll just keep doing what I can. Or just grow land race strains when it's hot. This is a landrace right? RIGHT???

I love that picture!

Girls are looking good!!! Frosty!!

That is sweet! I bet you will love the O.G Kush was one of my favorite strains getting ready to germ my last auto ones real dense buds.

How long does it take you to go from seed to going into flower with a photo? Does taking clones off a mother shave a lot of time off?

Thank you for the grow kudos :toke:, I didn't take that pic (I got a lot of other ones I have) just thought it was funny with the dry environment :smoking:

Good to hear about the O.G. Kush, I look forward to my next run. With the quick strains, I could have got them from seed to flower in 30 days. Other strains have taken more time, but I have been lax on actual timing until recently as I usually have a backlog to get them into flower rather than raring to go with an empty tent.

I believe it shaves off time, if you can get them to root in 7-10 days then they are biologically the age of the mother. So you can put them onto flower anytime you want, which is great if you want to do a SOG. Once again, I have not timed it so it's another thing I should do is get some solid numbers.

The biggest benefits to me are cloning off a great genotype/phenotype so you replicate that exactly, and also if you want to grow a whole batch of plants that will be the same/behave the same/nutrients etc. You know exactly what you are getting, how long to harvest, what they like for food. Guess there are a few benefits to it :smoking: There are compromises to of course, everything has a place for different reasons. I love clones, and I love growing from seed.

Damn I'm tired, forgot to attach the update to the last reply..

I took better pics with the real camera, but too tired to get them on the computer yet. By the time I do, it will be update time again :smoking:

2nd Quick Critical in the AutoPot, I gave her a dose of more nitrogen tonight as she isn't happy with the too fast transition to flower food. I messed up and fed her the full bloom formula when her neighbor got a feed, and she was quick to show me she wasn't impressed. She should be good as her new leaves come in.

This gal is enjoying all the bloom nutrients, and is at day 46 of 12/12 (how the time flies). I am eager to see how the gal in the AutoPot does for flower time, as this DWC gal is gonna take longer to finish.

Couple bud shots, she is a sticky, stinky gal :smoking:

Oh I know you didn't lol I just love that pic! I totally got the joke about the dry environment... I'm like one of those kids... You know can be talking and then all of a sudden "OH LOOK A BUNNY!" LMAO totally random...

Great info about clones! I never really got into clones as I could never get them to root in 7-10 days however I didn't give it 100% effort... Just kinda like " well I cut this off anyway... Let's see if I can get it to root" clip it.. shave it... Stick it in the dirt... Lazy woman's method lol only strain I ever successfully cloned and grew out til the end was Lemon OG Kush (DNA/RP) great strain!
