lookin' great N&E, did you find that they stretched a little under 52w?

I only ever notice a stretch if the plant goes above a few weeks in age, or the light is not close enough. There's very little heat off the bulb, so you can get it nice and close to the seedlings.

Week 3.5

Male Hermie.

I was looking at one of my male plants last night, and noticed some female pistils coming from the top. This seems to happen on the very stout, quick showing males, but not in the larger males. Also, none of the female plants have shown any male parts. The plant is quite smelly in the way of fruit, which was surprising.

The first time I saw one of these I culled it straight away. I may give this one a little time to see what happens. It's in an area where it can't affect my female crop yet. I may give it a thread of its own if anything comes of he-she.

Indeed mate, for me as well. I have now heard from a couple of places that the seeds from this plant (if any) should be female, but of course may carry the Hermie trait. It'll be good to find out.

Week 4 Male Hermie & a Female Outside. They stretched even more since then due to the poor uk weather at the moment.

They came out pretty different for me (could have been environmental) but a couple were very greasy and strong smelling.



I made a handful of F2's but I haven't had chance to try them again.

Jesus dude, you must have the 6th sense going there. I was just drooling at your current thread & wondering what happened to them. Those buds defo look different to mine, but hopefully the weed was decent enough to make it worth your while. I've not done much else with them at the moment, other than give away other F1's of them. Having a bit of fun playing around with the Diesel & Widow instead - until I get bored with them

You can do it both ways mate, though if you cross two autos all the resulting seeds will be auto. If you cross an auto with a regular, then you'll need to backcross a few times to bring the auto trait out.
