Wow, that...words just fail me to describe how utterly reprehensible your landlord's actions were. It never ceases to amaze me the intolerance of people in this country towards something that, up until less than a century ago, was revered the world over as a medicinal and sacred plant. Here's hoping you find your way through it.

I came in here to talk about my own stories and experiences, but as bad as they were at times, never were they as bad as yours, so now I feel a bit awkward about wanting to bring it up.

Afternoon guys,
Mrs. Oldster has had to deal with moderate to severe depression for over 20 years so while I am not a sufferer I can certainly empathize with what you are going through.

This may have already posted in this thread but just in case I wanted to mention body pH, magnesium and Vitamin D.
Here is a link to the pH info https://www.autoflower.org/index.php?threads/ph-plan-quick-start.26520/

There is also info in the medical section regarding magnesium. In the case of Mrs. Oldster keeping here pH up and the Vit D does reduce the level of her depression, we have run out a couple of times and can notice a difference in under a week.

I know for a lot of depressed folks general body pain is also an issue and getting your magnesium level up with soaks and supplements helps with the pain which in turn can help you feel like you can get up and do something.

There are quite a few depressed members on site so you certainly are not alone and no one is going to look down on you

Hang in there

Thanks guys, I initially came on here, to update my journals on the lose that I had. But being able to find this thread and talk to you guys has helped tremendously, I had to rent a hotel room as it started raining, even though it's nice to sleep on a bed finally, can't believe I had to use $55 for one night, it probably wasn't the smartest idea, but I had run out of places to go. Also thanks for reaching out to me guys, never thought there would be people willing to give a few bucks. I do appreciate it a lot. It's really touching and makes me tear up that people can be that kind. At this point I didn't think there was any more left in humanity. But you guys rock. Thanks. You guys actually made me be able to go thru today, Idk if I would had been able to do it alone.
