Hello here are my poor girls they are looking very secondhand this solo cup is baffling me i have not given up but i have deff lost my confidence with this havent got a clue where i am going wrong

Cheers EP i just can't work it out could do with some one on one guiding on this solo cup growing lol i have never had so many go tit's up

I have been treating it like a normal sized pot. Noticed it moves up to daily fertigation quicker and now at day 19 I am thinking twice per day. I am putting about 300 ml per solo per day at the minute, considering that now 2 times per day. Also thinking about a mix of bottom feed am to save time and top feed at night to a 30% run off, but that's only a thought was planning on top fed.
Also I have put cardboard over top of coco to help with slowing evaporation and more roots are growing up the way and hopefully maximising the root space. Dont know if that helps though?

just treat her the same as normal I keep a bottle of feed in tent check her every couple of hours make sure shes wet, think alot of feed is wasted just gos straight in top and out the bottom, mine is fade-in lost its lush veg green now. my first solo or my wellie boot Didn't make it but i see your last grow and they are amazing plants so you should smash it now

dell what have you done different to them other girls have you changed anything and as @EP3 said I just treat mine like a mini plant same feed as the others and feed her to run off once she stable in the cup
