New Grower Deckards 1st Grow, 2x GSC Auto - Outdoor

Day 27 update, they seem to be happy in their new pots and loving the sun. I think they are doing much better now. There is still some spotting but im not really worried about it. Looks like there is new growth. Gave them 25ml of water each tonight as the first 2cm of soil is quite dry, below that it's moist but not too wet. Weather is getting hot here now, it was 31 degrees today so I'm a bit concerned with how much water to give them. Any advice is always appreciated! Thanks guys

Hey man, glad you see them doing better, i cant really tell from the pictures, i would urge you to stop calculating stuff, like how much water you gave them . Dont worry about the heat and generally a rule in farming is water alot, less often. Whenever you see the soil dry and crunchy then water them.

Thanks man, just conscious of not drowning them whilst they are still quite small

Hey guys, plants are looking ok, watered them yesterday. No dropping and no more spotting on new growth. They look quite perky and happy if still growing very slowly. Went to check them just now and noticed that plant 2 seems to be developing pistols ???? Is this normal at this stage ? I was expecting to see it when they are much bigger. Pics below, cheers guys

Day 31 plant 2, see notes in post above

Just checked my plants this morning and plant 1 is also showing pistols now, so I guess they have both started to flower. Both are still only 5-6 inches tall and only have a few set of very small leafs, not a great situation I guess.

hey deckard, you plants are looking good and healthy, unfortunately because of the previous stress they endured they didnt grow big enough and now they are flowering, no worries though, they will still get a bit bigger, they will probably end up being little buddied plants but at least you learned alot form this experience...First time i grew- i planted only one plant then- i ended up with a couple of joints. You need to remember with autos it is a race against time. The bigger they are before starting to flower the best yield they give.

Sure. They are looking really good at the moment, Shame about the mistakes I made but never mind, I'm still happy. I've got some more seeds and I'll be sure not to make the same errors again. The only problem I have now is deciding if to start my new seeds off now or wait until the others have finished.
Do you know if there are any nutes etc I could give them to try and increase the yeild or get them to grow a bit bigger ?

I would pot them right now because later you will be in the real heat and they should be strong for it, also because when the others are finished these ones will have just started flowering. But it all depends on your space.

As for the nutes etc, all they need is in the soil at this point, after a couple of weeks you will be able to give them some flowering nutes

Space could be an issue but it might be ok, Theres enough room on my terrace it's just how much of it will get direct sun all day. If it's ok I'll get my new ones going soon.

Day 35. Plants are looking quite happy but obviously still really small. Plant 2 which was always smaller and behind plant 1 seems to have over taken it now. They are still only getting water every two or three days. If get time tomorrow I'll go to the growshop and get some soil, and start my next grow, hopefully I won't end up with bonsai trees again. Day 35 picks below
