Fastbuds stalled so I dropped another bean. I might drop another Dinafem bean too, not that impressed with the seedling. My fault, she didn’t hit the reservoir until a few hours ago. I still have a few days to decide. Dutch and Meph are looking good.

Day 6 for Dutch, Meph, and Dina, day 0 for GSC. GSC shot a root so in the bucket she goes. Obviously Dutch and Meph are stealing the show, but I suspect Dina has got it going on behind the scenes.

GCS is up, this is day 1:

Dina Sour Diesel still looking mopey, roots haven’t hit the res yet, dropped a Dinafem white widow XXL as this sour diesel at day 8 does not have me convinced.

Dutch and Meph both day 8 have hit the water and are a little leggier than I’d like. I rigged up little supports for them.

Good grief day 12 for Miss Dinafem Sour Diesel and I’m afraid I’ve mucked her up, she is still working on her first set of true leaves. Awfully pretty though:

She’s got some kind of stem anomaly. Kind of bummed because my idea for this grow was to pit great genetics against each other and my abilities, and I don’t think this girl is a good example of what a Dinafem can do. So I took a Dinafem white widow xxl to replace this girl, soaked it, dropped it into a paper towel — and it vanished. So, to guarantee my eventual success, I am now soaking a white widow XXL seed AND a sour diesel. Fingers crossed everyone! Just goes to show what can happen to great genetics in the hands of a noob.

Here are the ladies yesterday, day 12 and day 4 on the GSC. Wow they are really looking good though. Dutch is the farthest ahead development-wise by just the tiniest smidge.

Really busy week, still preparing the basement space, hit a few snags — I’ll be thrilled if I can get the new tent setup by Friday. Hoping it doesn’t stretch into next week. I’m expecting some seeds soon that I want to germinate right away — 4 more DWC buckets will be tight in the 4x4!

Are you holding on to that Dinafem weirdo? I would let it do it's thing and get it's groove on. My favourite plant to date was a real bad looking seedling. It's not always an indicator of any issues at this stage.

Yes, I’m thinking to grow it out in any case, I’m just not holding out much hope it’ll be a monster. Cute as a button though, hasn’t even hit the water yet.
