Your babies are lookin great. I would agree about the nutes and energy being used on a plant that's not doing well. Sometimes the poorest lookin seedlings do the best. How old is the GSC?

Cat I think the GSC is at day 12 from seed now. She's growing pretty slow. Also it looks like her third set of leaves are coming out burned too. I'm not sure what happened with her. She's never been fed more than about 200ppm. The Pineapple Express has gotten exactly the same and looks great. This poor girl is falling apart...

Do the tips of those new leaves coming out look dark burned or do they look just light or pale? You may need a stronger feed for them. If your Cal mag has nitrogen you may want to up that a bit. I'm assuming you pre charged your coco with cal mag to start?

Yeah I charged it with 1/4 base and 1/4 calmag.
I use calimagic, I do t think it has extra N but I'm not 100% sure. I'll check when I get back to my house. The new leaves look really light on the tips just like the first set did when they came out all crispy. You think I'm having the same issue here where I burned it to start and the overcompensated by not feeding it enough?

I tried to get calimagic in the Uk because I'm sure it has no N.

To be honest I'm really not sure what's going on. It's just that with the burn you can see light tips like what you're looking at but you also have pale leaves. Sometimes I think that pale leaves is a magnesium deficiency if I recall but when you have Cal Mag it solves both those issues. I don't know this might be one you experiment on or just bin it.

Hey guys.

Here we are at day 23 for both of the Dark Devils. They are looking awesome now! I'm feeding them at about 750ppm and everything is looking great. No signs of nute burn or any deficiencies anymore and they are getting some explosive growth. The larger of the two got some LST last night. Just trying to pull out some of her secondary bud sites to get more light and more stretch out of them. She's stacking on a new node everyday at this point. The smaller girl who started out with the nute issues is growing slower but looking very healthy now. Hopefully we get some good smoke out of her!
-Girl Scout Cookies... She's looking terrible. I've decided to pull the plug on her. Not sure what happened but she was burned to shit. She's working on her third set of true leaves right now with not much improvement. I put another bean in to sprout this morning and we will give it another go.
- Pineapple Express. This girl is about an inch tall and working on unfolding her third set of leaves. She is already probably the best weed I have ever smelled! I moved the pot out of the tent this morning for her watering and I got a wonderful smell of fruitiness when I set her down. Touching her spear leaves and main stem leaves an overpowering sweet and tangy smell on your fingers and practically fills the tent with fruitiness! It's so good I almost said to shit with the GSC and lets grow another pineapple. I can't wait to see where this girl goes!

I just found an old jar of pineapple express. I could still taste an almost citrus flavor in a bong hit.

Yeah this girl is definitely stinky. It's not even very citrus smelling really. It's super sweet almost like a fruit candy. Her first leaves were wierd and I was worried about her at the start but it looks like it was only the first set. Maybe got stuck in the seed membrane or something.

Alright. Got a question about one of the ladies.
DD [HASHTAG]#2[/HASHTAG] has leaf tips curling under. I've read that this could be N toxicity? The leaves are not dark colored, they are pretty much looking how they should except for the curling tips. Also the new growth leaves seem to be getting skinnier every time she puts out another node. Is this possibly just the pheno? Or do I have a different issue here?

Yeah you're right it's time to back off the nitrogen. You may as well give her a little bit of flush she won't require a real big flush, especially if recently watered, just need to push out your last nutes feed and then come back with little bit weaker nutrient solution. Sometimes the plants leaves change from broad leaves to a skinnier leaves as they mature. I think I see that more with LED than other types of lighting.
