I came into it very similar to you. I chose to set a budget at the beginning for materials and worked as hard as I could to stick to it.

I went over it a little bit, but only because I had one initial set up in mind and then changed my mind a few weeks later.

You're already taking the right steps to get the type of grows you want, just have to put the seeds in the dirt when the time is right.
