Morning to you @Frankthetank ...yes indeed...nice and easy , fast project! Although, I could have built the tree house..it would have taken so much longer, and physically taxing...Floors, I can do by myself without help and dont need a block and tackle to move heavy lumber..It truly is a win for all men today.

Anybody still using Optic Foliar Overgrow ?? Haven't heard to much chatter about it lately . Has it fallen out of favour ??

I use it, but just for recovery after pH or feed issues.

What's the current price of street weed these day's ??

I havnt bought any for a long time, but last I saw local high retail was 120 a 1/4 oz US, low end was "50 a nickel" (1/4 oz ish) for seedy mexicali or semi-local brick weed. Around here the budweiser crowd still likes that crap.

it's not possible to get quality bud here unless you make it or have a friend elsewhere. Even the best bag weed is bottom bud, no real a quality.
