I don't see how it's too strong myself. I could easily be wrong. Organics isn't my thing exactly and I have no experience with the soil, but looking at the label it doesn't look that harmful to seedlings.

Didn’t look that way to me either. I’m thinking he over watered it now to be honest because I didn’t see one thing on there pertaining to nitrogen, phosphorus or potassium.
