My brother is getting into miniatures like that. Hoping I did right getting him a decent looking airbrush kit and little portable paint booth kit to personalize 'em up for him for the holiday.

There's more and more taxes on 'em here, too. Colorado passed something a long while back that requires voter approval for any tax increases. And the powers that be somewhere along the line figured out that the easiest one to get people to approve is an increase to is the tobacco tax. Channel the money toward schools and between helping kiddies and punishing those nasty smokers it's the easiest way to get a tax increase to pass.

Big part of the reason I quit a couple years ago. On top of the health concerns, it was getting just too expensive. Do still miss it some days, though. And my yard is worse off for it since I'm not out hanging out on the patio several times a day (I wouldn't smoke in the house) looking over the yard while toking away.

I totally get it....if i want to go up the road to the store they are $20 a pack...and most of the money goes to government just like you are saying. Its been something i have been trying to kick, or at least cut wayyy down, and almost kick. Ive been making a conscious effort to do just that.
