I can see how fantasy games could be real fun. like d&d or what ever one folks play.

A figure like that can take imagination a long way.

Just dont understand why its so expensive lol. I seen some figs like that at the local game shop. Like card game shop. Where i buy my decks. One was like 600 bucks. I was like wtf.
It was a dragon. That looked like it was about to blink. Mabe 4 inches tall. Maybe.
Slightly wider with wing span.
But i was floored by the price tag.

Oh some of the prices can be insane!! I dont get sucked into the super expensive shit...there is lots of beautiful figures that can be bought for far less

With a declining customer base a crap load of red tape and tax issues I think there are easier ways to make a $.

Not familiar with much Australian. Forgive me. Lol I assumed there was more red tape involved with Growing cannabis there.

I use to dabble in painting figurines like that..One day I walked into a store and noticed a long table setup with a battlefield of Space Marines,Orcs and whatnot all meticulously hand painted and strategically placed and was like wtf is this..Figured out it was Warhammer and they sold all the shit right there..Tiny bottles of paint,primer,figurines,the smallest brushes you could imagine...One cool trick for doing chain mail and armor is a fan brush and the dry brushing technique..Looks sick when it's done, like beat up and war torn with an aged patina.

Cool man!! Yeah I paint some warhammer for sure. Here is a sample of some stuff I have done(not quite world class like the above)

There was a convention I went to back in 99-2000 in White plains,NY..Tables and tables of hand-painted figurines for sale..The prices,holy shit..You're talking like $400 and up for single figures..They were intricate though...Grass, rocks,streams all hand-painted sick shit.

Oh for sure....really fine painted stuff goes for big bucks.

DAY 15 ( AvT special pheno )..Just waiting for them to get slightly taller, say another 2-3 days and then it's bondage time...but not crazy bondage...just enough to cover the top of the planter then I'm going to let them go vertically as to not let them overlap each other too much..Pretty much manipulating them to fit my space.

The med cannabis scene has so much red tape and security crap involved you would have to be a glutton for punishment for taking it on. The administrative and security costs are sky high.
It will keep the black market alive for years to come.
