as for appetite to eat our greens.... neuroscretory cells regulate endocrine and homeostatic functions in insects. These cells are analogous to the hypothalamus of the vertebrate brain. so Central nervous system @Renaissance Redneck
I'm gonna give it to you, only because I hate debating entomologists! :crying:
I was looking for peripheral, because it dominates sensory input, but a case could be made that without the central no input would be recieved.
:slap:

I bet it's legal soon on a federal level, but I started growing for the Missus long before our state gave us the nod.
Have you tried tropicals for pain control?
Even if it becomes legal on a federal level, each state has its right to govern their own state laws so it could still remain illegal on a state law level for Kansas. That’s just the kind of thing our governor would do because he wouldn’t wanna be wrong when the revenue cannabis could bring in proves his ass and every other career politician asses on his panel wrong and they just can’t accept that.

For 50pts
Cannabis prohibition costs the US state and federal governments how much each year?
Are we counting all the money it costs to House cannabis offenders in jails and prisons? Because based of that fact alone it costs roughly a 100mil if not 10x’s more each growing year.

true..just like prohibition from 1920-1933...it was illegal in all states..but even after that and still seen today, there are "dry" counties..so one Governor could in act the whole state, but unlikely, if he want to keep his seat...counties will have more control over that IMHO.

$559 million @bushmasterar15
opps... $5 billion and $18 billion per year
Legalizing cannabis in all states would earn $10+ billion in tax revenue.
Legalizing cannabis would save state and federal governments more than a decent chunk of change. It would also generate billions in additional tax revenue.
It’s estimated that states spent roughly $3.6 billion on cannabis law enforcement in 2010.

I really want to start an initiative because the way they’re doing things here is only to decriminalize cannabis with less penalties when in reality of it the plant should be legalized point blank. Yes having it decriminalized to lesser penalties is a start but Kansans aren’t seeing as big of a picture as I am, all they do is talk shit about wanting it legalized but aren’t willing to take the steps to form a proper initiative to take this issue from the states hands to place it in the hands of the people.
