The bin you're looking at will work fine... didn't know what sort of stores you have local access to, so I threw that in.

Did you mean a link? There isn't a tumbler thread I am aware of. It looks like a big barrel, with a slot that slides open and closed to put the compost and amendments in. It's on a stand so, if you want to turn your compost or mix in a amendments you just spin it which tumbles all the contents... just a head's up... faster is not better, if you do get one.

I'm not wanting one because I think it's faster i'm just making things a lot easier =] but speaking of speed do those compost booster things really work on speeding things up do you know?

I use them and they do seem to help speed composting uncomposted matter.
