New Grower clones attack ? well they should if you ask me

OK so im in trouble , my fucking Jacks are getting too tall and every day i get some leaf burnt by the light ...
I thought i can LST the fuck out of em but they just keep on keeping on AAArghhhhhhhh
my verticval space is only 55 cm ... ( dont ask )
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO now im thinking , people say you cant clone an auto , ok i understand why .
But somebody somewhere sometime said , if i would to clone an Auto , that it would just finish at the same time as the mommy.
So my question is.
Can i just cut off a sexy branch and put her into dirt and it will root ? O_O
is that how it works ?
i could experiment with it on my own but im just wondering , do i need a Gel , or some extra gear to do it ??
i would use like those long pots people have on their windows and make 3 rows "clone" army and let em bud. SOG style
either that or kick em outside....
i hope some of this is making sence :smoking:

and on another note ... how to repot an auto when its in preflower ?
is it ok to mess with the roots ? will they get mad if i do it ?
any info would be greatly appriciated

Cuttings from auto will develop roots and continue to mature. They will NOT develop any new growth, though. I had an accident with my auto and broke it in half one week into flowering. Here are both parts of the plant about 50 days after the event.

ill go get the stuff i need to make clones and try to do it , dont mind if things go wrong i got 3
at the moment jacks are degraded to a window plant

can anyone give me some tips on transplanting / repoting ?

For clones, I use both the gel and the powder. But the bud just went into a plug and ledt in my AeroGarden nursery. It's been there for about 2 months now.

Think of it as a cut flower. You may want to leave it in a vase with ph'd and lightly nuted water. At least until it develops roots...
