New Grower Chiefs 1st grow - Northern Lights and Ultraviolet

I'm using 3 gallon smart pots filled with 50/50 FFOF and FFHF except for the NL, I have it tiered in a cup of FFHF and them the rest of the pot is mixed 50/50. But the smart pots have really good drainage.

yeh just an example to show its not a black and white rule its all dependent on setup and environmental conditions/stage of growth.
yeh ive got some in some airpots and im pretty sure it would be impossible to overwater them. gonna be hassle if it needs rewatering 4x a day near the end.

Hey Chief! I don't really see anything to bark about, chum...The spots, I couldn't see, but the pics weren't that bad so,.. we'll keep a fish-eye on that; the leaf postures on them both look fine, within normal fluctuation. Remember, new leaves grow quickly, and change shape as cells divide and expand..... as for water, review post #12 on maintaining soil moisture. Your soil mix is just fine, and I can't see how there could be any kind of nute' issue this early in the game.... :cough: Dude, no more sativa for you!! It's making the little green men in your head squirm! :smokebuds:
LOL! (Oh yeah, it's not likely, but look for vermin (bugs) under the leaves, just in case that may be the source of the spots... )
Keep your grow Ju-Ju careful but mello Chief,... going white-knuckle facial tic put a bad 'odor' in the plants' air! We got your back, mate! :smoke:
(if you can, get another closer pic of the spots)

Thanks Waira, that makes me feel a lot better. I feel like an overprotective parent since this is my first grow. But I'm really happy that everything has been coming along pretty easy thus far.

Day 18

Looks like increased the amount of water that I started giving them is paying off.

**UPDATE**

So right about 45 minutes ago almost half of the city I live in including me lost power, and it just came back on. And of course I'm running my lights 24/0, and it's day 19. Does anyone think my plants will be affected at all due to the lights being off for 45 minutes? Because I would really like to keep the plants on a 24hr cycle.

It's time for an update.

Today is day 25. On day 22 I started my babies on a super light dose of grow nutes, 1/2 ML to be exact. There was a little bit of nute burn on the tips of some of the leaves where a drop or two got on the leaves, but overall they're doing great and seem to love the nutes. I plan on giving them nutes every other watering, or I might do two regular waterings for every time I water with nutes just to be safe.
