Pics below journal. I really do enjoy the floraflex system as a whole. The automation it allows is super nice. Probably could have built something cheaper and if I didnt' have so much going on I probably would have. Just being able to purchase everything needed and connect it and go is a life saver on stress right now though. Ill probably order more drainpots for the 4x8 in january when i take this 5x5 down and put up the 4x8. They've made me a fan. I had to by a water pump and a condensate pump/drain pump outside of the kit and some larger totes for the res and drain tank but it's been great. I really really enjoy it.

11-27-22 - ^^^ 5.8pH 33 seconds feed - raised lights to 32" as some leaves appear to be showing light stress. Will monitor accordingly.
11-27-22 - Put in a large order to multiverse beans today, 12 different strains of Sweet Seeds. Freebies look to include 8x Pound town auto - HSC, 3x atlas gummie bear, 3x atlas froot by the foot, 4x citrus bubble gum (mutant gens), 4x emerald fire OG (HSC), 4x GMO Auto (atlas)
11-28-22 - ^^^ 5.6pH 33 seconds feed Raised lights to 36" and dialed lights up to 85%
11-28-22 - mixed new reservoir. 20gallons 5tsp FLoralfex V1 and v2 each. 715ppm
11-28-22 - Screwed up and forgot to shut the floraflex flow valve to the off position so created a siphon when I filled my reservoir. Reversed probably 2-3 quarts of untreated water with a pH of 7.4 so after prepping res, immediately flushed/fed again with treated water of 715ppm at 5.8pH. Fun times.
11-30-22 - power went out for a few hours last night, woke up at 1am when power came back to get lights turned back off and quickly doctor crap before gettin back to bed. Woke up this AM to find a slow drip reverse siphon going on. Not sure why it didnt show before now, but there it was. So drilled a higher hole in the pvc of the res and that has fixed that problem. Talk about dumb. Didn't do my homework as well as I thought I had here but the whole pvc auto irrigation thing is a first and learning curves will exist. Flipside is the Floraflex setup has a valve I could have turned to the off position each time Im done watering and this wouldnt have been an issue, but I'd like it more automated than that. At this point that Floraflex valve is the "oh shit handle" in the car. I appreciate that it's there when I absolutely need it. Plants have a bit of droop going on now, and I'm thinking it may be the 10* temp drop as a result of finally running the exhaust out the window instead of letting it circulate in the room. Room temp dropped from 72* to 60-61. May end up buying a dehumidifier and letting the exhaust empty in to the room to maintain a higher temp but still undecided at present. Will update with pics later.

12-02-22 - ^^^ 5.9pH 714ppm 30 sec feed AM. Backed off twice daily feeds. Between the power outage, light change, learning the floraflex nutrient strength, and upping feed amounts toof decay and cannacheese started developing a mean claw. At the same time, they're both really taking off so I may be pushing them just a touch more than they want, but they can handle it, or theyre pouty also from all the commotion/changes they've endured the last 4-5 days. They're sprouting upwards an onwards however so that's always a good sign, not much neut burn either, just the claw. May be a rough month. We have to go for two hip injections and an MRI in the next week and the following so hopefully that goes better than we've anticipated. Some concrete answers would be ideal so better treatment can be orchestrated. Debating on getting a small speaker for the girls to play music for so they tune out some of my stress lol.
Thanks for checking in. Always a good journey when you grow.

12-03-22 - ^^^ 5.9pH 714 ppm 45 sec feed AM longer feeds ow as roots seem to have developed enough to not alow run off with 30 secs run. time currently set to 48 seconds to generate 10% runoff.
12-04-22 - ^^^ 5.8pH 714ppm 45sec feed AM - Toof and Sky really starting to bush out and and canna starting to get that solid cannacheese stretch. Will likely be topping canna in a few days and potentially sky and toof if they decide to start any stretches.. as it stands, they're seemign pretty squat and may just end up doing a balled up bush as in the past. Defol will probably be highly encouraged on those two. SamOG growing slow but surely as is her strain. looking really healthy otherwise. Wildly unlike the neon yellow mutant I had in my first journal a couple years ago.
12-05-22 - ^^^ 5.6pH 714ppm 55sec feed PM - topped Cannacheese and skywalker. Cannacheese stem smelt like fresh grass and skywalker smelled just like a fresh cut watermelon slice. Wild. Did some LST to both of these guys and did some leaf tucking on the toof decay. Was going to top Toof decay but not sure currently as she is staying really squat and dense. Reminds me of CDLC.
12-06-22 - ^^^ 5.6pH 714ppm 55sec feed AM - took down the 5x5 and put up the 8x4, plants were without light for about an hour
12-07-22 - ^^^ 5.7pH 714ppm 75sec feed AM - Mixed new res/feed. Backed down from previous dosing strat. 3.5TSP of each V1 and V2, while skywalker shows no curl at all, cannacheese, toof decay, samOG all have curled down tips indicating potential nitrogen surplus. Will pump feeds to twice daily again as plants look as if they are about to hit preflower stretch soon and will need to switch to bloom nutes as soon as this tank is done.

12-08-22 - ^^^ 5.6pH 550ppm 75sec feed PM
12-09-22 - ^^^ 5.7pH 550ppm 75sec feed AM
12-09-22 (day 24) - ^^^ 5.7pH 550ppm 75sec feed PM - lower nutes and more frequent feeds, really seems to be aiding growth. Roots are blowing out the bottoms of all containers. Debating on defol but not still waffling. Canna and skywalker started throwing pistils the other day, 2-3 days ago, SamOG is just so squat compared to when i've grown her in the past. I havent seen a an indica fan leaf pheno with her but looks like that's the case this time. Reminds me of CDLC. Toof Decay bushing but starting to spread out decently now. Can't wait for this one tbh. One of my favs.

12-12-22 ^^^ 5.8pH 550ppm 90sec feed AM
12-12-22 ^^^ mixed new feed tank. Came to the conclusion that the likely nitrogen toxicity was a result of not switching to the bloom feed a week or two ago. Note to self, as soon as pistils show, begin to change feed regiment. I'm not 100% this was it but from what I've read with others using Floraflex, seems likely. New feed tank today was mixed with 4tsp Bloom1, 4 tsp Bloom2, and 4tsp BulkyB BulkyB stats to use 1-5tesp per 5 gallon used... we erred on the low side for now and will adjust as needed throughout flower. Total PPM is currently around 650.. not a huge upturn on previous PPM values. Next feed mix we will up it to 1.5tsp bloom1/2 and potentially 2tsp per 5galon of BulkyB. These notes have proved useful for myself already, hopefully anyone else with similar issues will notice a similar pattern and can adapt. Otherwise, all 4 plants are blowing up pretty well. Will take pics later this week.

12-18-22 ^^^ 6.0pH 714ppm 95sec feed AM Cannacheese showing some signs of light stress due to growing so wildly. Have grown CC many times and this is the first time I've had if grow as fiercely as it has. Always been a good yielder but this time may be wild compared to previous. Toof bushin out with Skywalker, though not as many nodes. Toof historically for me has always been low nodes but mega dense buds. Otherwise things going great since the switch to bloom nutes. Next tank will be in a day or two and will up the nutrients again.

12-20-22 ^^^ 6.1pH 1110ppm 130sec feed AM - super hungry, all of them. Growth is wild. Pretty sure toof and sky are going to have a dense production cycle. Cannacheese looks a lot like thje northern cheese haze pheno. First time i've had her like this. So long.. was really weak for a while and didnt take well to LST of any sort so broke the wires and let her go.. now shes formed some large knuckles and is beginning to grow a nice bark on the lower base. Flower nodes are widely spaced, maybe will have longer buds with her this time around. SamOG still squat and 4 days behind the others but taking the same feed schedule as her siblings, sink or swim. Few nodes sites but really starting to hit some stretch so maybe we will see some fat dense ones out of her. Everyone seems to really enjoy the floraflex line. I definitely feel I've seen better response, even through the mismanagement I did around weeks 2-4 with the veg feed and higher N levels. All that has disappeared since we switched to Bloom nutrient line. Definitely going to be putting in an order for a few bulk boxes of their nutrients for the next grow in February. I think I've got some more dialing in to do but this stuff seems to knock out the Canna Coco stuff I was using before. I'm a fan.

12-26-22 --- res mix - 8tsp bloom1/bloom2 10tsp Bulky B (will potentially go up on bulky next week provided canna seems happy with current feed) at this point it seems we've got a mostly uniform feed approach except for canna, shes been hungier than the rest non stop and won't drain if I feed the same amoutn as the other 3 (i think this is what resulted in whatever def she had going on a week or so ago - seems managed now) so I feed her the same amount and then I scoop out about 1.5liters (as per painters cup) of feed from the res and feed it in to the matrix itself. She seems greener in most newer places and seems like the spotting has stuck to the current impacted areas only.

12-29-22 --- mixed res 10tsp b1/b2 12tsp bulky B - ppm reads 1290 - felt like it should be higher given the dosage increase but I also haven't been meticulous about clearing out remaining res water when making new tanks so perhaps there was a higher concentration remaining from each tank mix. Who knows. Canna cheese is bulking every 12 hours it looks like. Its growth has been wild since the start. However, skywalker and Toof Decay made massive gains during their early stretch and now that they're beginning to develop decent bud sites, you can see them about 4-5" off the peak of Canna. If I were still growing them in the 5x5 instead of the 8x4 I think I could have trained them out a bit more. At their current growth, Im thinking they may yield around 10-13oz each. Time will tell I guess. Sure do love this hobby.

Was wondering why I heard water dribbling in to the drain tube. No more defol and feed at the same time. I've never had plants throw so much veg than I have with this Floraflex nutrient line.

01-05-23 --- Picked up a 25pint dehumidifer from tractor supply todfay for about 200$ or so. Wasn't really going for a deal or anything just needed something ASAP. Humidity level was running around 68% as all 4 of these guys begin to get huge.

01-06-23 --- Pulled the tank from the dehumidifer as it was blinking at me. Whole thing was full after a bit over a 24 hour run. As dense as these buds are beginning to get, I have a bad track record of bud rot on those types on at least one plant per grow over the last 2-3 years so figured it was time to wise up and use a dehumidifier. Hopefully this spares me some pain this harvest.

01-11-23 ^^^ 6.3pH 1514ppm 2min 30sec feed PM - Day 55 - canna cheese just continuing to stack up. This grow, provided nothing bad happens going in to harvest/cure is absolutely going to be one of my strongest grows yet. Really excited to see what we pull down off the cannacheese. Ther structure in eye appeal is hands down the prettiest I've done personally. Toof Decay and Skywalker are doing well but very leafy. With life being complicated the last few weeks, ive been 100% unable to stay up on defoliation and this could end up hurting them in the long run but shit is what shit is so we'll just see. Other than that they look great and smell great. Expecting them to stack up nicely as well. Sam OG continues to be the delayed monster. Really disappointed I took them out of the 5x5 and moved them to the 4x8 right now... the extra sq ft they would have gotten for 4 plants would have allowed this sam og to probably grow in to my biggest yet but again, shit be what shit be. lol

01-21-23 ---Day 67 Planning to chop the CC today and hang it to dry. Seems mostly milky and CC doesnt really amber up a lot ime so that's gonna be that I think. Skywalker and toof decay got some weeks and SamOG maybe a 3 weeks? so much slower than the others thats for sure. Lot of bud sites, just slow.
Got a little ragged at the end trying to keep up on pics and updates. Dealin with wifes health stuff and going back to school as an older guy got me busy. Cannacheese finally dried and chopped. Would have been over 9oz if we hadn't been grabbing a nug here and there while dryin, but this stuff beats out any store bought CBD med.
Skywalker dried out to about 4.5oz.
Toof Decay is chopped, hanging and drying right now. Evidently it grew far bigger than I had realized and is taking the drying space the cc + skywalker did so best guesses are tht's going to yield between 8-10 oz as well as long as nothing molds. The colas were so fat and damp while chopping I endd up just putting fans directly on them cause I've never had toof decay dry without molding. It's wild how much it attracts mold. I guess that's just how dense meaty colas can be though. Once I get that dried, probably next week sometime, I'll get it weight up and post a pic of it as well.
SamOG is doing it's thing though lookin like she's been beat with a tire iron. Poor thing growing hard but hasn't been treated as well as the other three. That's life in a multistrain tent though I guess. You either sink or swim.
