Grow Dots - Coco- Autopot Experiment:

Update:

Sour Stomper - still making very good rosin with great terps. Haven not smoked or vaped flower yet as it's still curing.

Smoke report - Red Strawberry Banana (Sweet Seeds). I harvested this in April, and it has been curing in Grove Bags since. The flower is delicious. Very smooth, some sweet. I am getting some mint on the back end as well. The rosin is dark regardless of the temperature of the press, so I am assuming there is still a lot of pigments from the flower that are still there. The rosin tracks the flower in terms of flavors - very smooth. Enjoying this cultivar more than I thought I would - will definitely run again.

That red strawberry banana looks amazing I've been wanting to try this and their red poison out. Have some of their tropicanna poison curing now but didn't get very much red.

Yes - I have heard that Sweet Seeds can have wider phenotypic variation than some other breeders. For example, Sweet Seeds states that their Red Strawnana Auto is a 75% chance of a red/purple expression. One would think they could lock that down better. At least they are honest about it I guess.

Yeah I know what you mean I have a love hate relationship with sweet seeds right now. Some of the stuff is amazing and some not so much.

NO Galaxy Brain D2

Running this in BaS 3.0 cut 25% with coco. Autopot, water (tap) only. I generallt have 40-60 mg/L Ca in my tap, plus a decent Mg and Si. Will pH res to 6.5 with citric acid.

I like that trick with the burlap covering. Simple and looks like you can water through it.

I don't know if I would water through it but it's real easy to move. Also, it's pretty effective at discouraging gnats as it stays dry.

Here are my pots for my Fall 2022 run. My own soil mix (potting soil from my local organic nursery amended with 20% compost (various), plus 2 cups BaS reamend and 2 cups gardening lime).

Running a Melon OG auto in the box and Locomotive (3X Platinum Cookies x Dosi Breath) x 2X Grape in the pots. I plan on vegging them out for 3 weeks under the light before I move them outside. Will be putting up the 3x3 in the garage soon.
