NEWS Canadians, I am curious ACMPR timeframe.

Ok straight up questions about the form .. when it comes to property owner.. i guess i put both myself and my wife as owners?

You only need to put your name on it, providing you own and dont rent.
If you rent you need your landlord to sign off.
I have never put the wife's name on my application and never had a problem.
Her name is on the mortgage also.
But if I was you I'd just call HC to verify.
They're usually pretty friendly.
Good luck and happy growing.

Thanks Dirt! :d5:

Anytime, happy to help...
The first application is more thorough and can seem a bit confusing.
The renewal process is a breeze.

I moved to Canada 1.5 years ago and want to be able to grow more than 4 outdoors and not be kicked out of the country, so a license it is

@DIRT @Kyote If you use certain services you do not need to ask you landlord providing the place you plan to grow is your primary residence. I would link but I am not sure it's OK and I don't want to break the rules. I know this because I have done it and my friend as well. They actually advertise it. Now in saying that I talked to Tony who runs the service we used and he recommended that you ask your landlord because they can evict you for it. You just don't need their permission to get the license and grow as many as you want depends on what you pay these guys. It takes no time through the service to have your prescription to send off but the government element took some weeks I recommend starting the application process sooner then later its good for a whole year. The services I used and there is others guarantee that you will get the license for the size you want too which is nice. Either way best of luck. Dirt isn't completely wrong and I respect him and his opinion ond work that I've seen it's just I don't want that to be what deters you because you can without even talking to your landlord if that's your primary residence and that's the key part you have to live there or you would absolutely have to get your landlord to sign off on it.

If you look up license to grow and Tony I am sure you will find the service. Its costs money and @DIRT I would like to know more about your process you went through if you didn't pay someone like that as I did as I haven't heard how that process works at all and would like to know more if possible. Thanks.

@stevieHow many plants were you allowed and how long did it take. I have legitimate medical need for it so that option is seemingly the better one cost wise and because I have actual need. The service I think you can pay like 750 but that's for like 463 plants or something.

@Steviestash sorry I tried to tag you for the last message, thanks for any information you can give me I appreciate it.
