Can I keep wet buds in plastic container?

Thanks, I will check on that. I’ve had them in paper bags, open and shake around gently daily, put back in. At 10 days they’re drying well. But looks like they’re keeping all of the frost, smells, etc..
Yup. This flower comes in at 62% in sealed mason jar.

Super duper hot here when I harvested my Zkittlez auto about 10 days ago. I’m trying out the “Lotus” drying method, which is a fancy name for drying in the refrigerator. Kind of a Hail Mary but I’m actually pretty impressed with how it’s going.
Methinks the better half would have something to say about that. Skunky salad might not be popular. Skunky milk and cheese maybe even less popular, never mind the smell in the kitchen. In any case, not gonna hoppen in my abode, I know better. Comes with the hair color.

With an extra fridge though, this has serious promise according to at least a few growers who have reported on the results.

I now dry by wet trimming and hanging trimmed branches inside a cardboard appliance box ducted to my growdrobe intake. I put a thermo-hygrometer in a fitted hole in the side of the box, and a small computer fan inside to circulate the air. Adjusting the air flow with a baffle allows setting whatever RH I want things at. Since the output is sucked into the growdrobe, the smell is controlled by the exhaust fan and filter. And the better half is happy, happy, happy.

I’m gonna try the fridge thing :))) but my plant that I cut is red, buds looked red on the plant but inside of buds are clearly very very red , like blood :D looks very cool , gonna put picture tomorrow

Just to follow up on the fridge thing, I put them in a few grocery store paper bags. Loosely fold over and binder clip them. Open once a day, shake, close…etc.

Smell was pretty beefy the first few days. But it’s a FB Zkittlez so sort of a chem candy smell. Not your typical skunky armpit action. But the smell does die down after a few days.

was sorta hoping my wife would comment. Figured I could lobby it into a new beer fridge. Mine died last year. So of course, I put an 8x4 in its place in the shop. She didn’t notice though!

A 4x8 you say. You might need more than a beer fridge. Mind you, that depends on the size of your normal beer supply.

My beer supply can run pretty large. I mostly use the 8x4 from around February through late March. Then I put a couple photos outdoors for that free lighting. And run a few autos in the indoor 4x2. I just love growing stuff. Anything really. But nothing has captured me as much as growing autos.

Same here re. growing stuff. Growing weed actually re-awakened gardening interest that has been quiet for decades. I am really looking forward to my new grow in a few weeks. Still finishing off the kale and Tiny Tim tomatoes I grew this summer. Autovalve irrigation of a couple ~100 liter totes on the deck produced quite the feed of kale and sugar snap peas, and my Tiny Tims shared the rotblock test shelter down next to the swamp. A greenhouse with lots of autovalves may be next.
