BUD CANDY

Has anyone ever had any experience with this product? I ordered some a few days ago and it will arrive today. I wish I would have ordered it way sooner. Question is, is it okay to start using it during the 6th week of flower? And if so, how long can I continue using it? Another question, since I just did a res change out, can I just added the Bud Candy to my full amount of liquid? Basically can I mix it for 17 gallons?

Yes there are quite a few here that use the bud candy.....a lil inttrested myself ...what's the ingredient....what the Npk.someone will chime in.

I use it all the time, literally. Half strength thru veg and full strength all thru flower. It has no NPK it won't burn your plants. It's basically molasses with vitiimims. Good stuff, really increases resin production. You should be just fine adding it into your res.

Hey autotoker another good one is sugardaddy by technaflora. It's the same thing as budcandy but a little cheaper. That's what the guy at my hydro shop told me.

Hey Jackal and LowCoast, thanks for the responses. Jackal, when do you stop using the bud candy? Does it actually increase the size of the buds?

Pretty sure he stops when he begins his flush, which will differ for almost everyone. Organics don't necessarily need a flush but chem ferts do. Usually 7-10 days being fed just plain water.

Yeah I stop everything about 2 weeks from harvest plain water there on out. Bud Candy alone won't increase the size of the buds, but gives the plant the extra engery and carbs to go longer and stronger. Like athletes carb up before the big game, same principal.

Just purchased some Big Bud to go along with the Bud Candy. Bud candy is supposed to sweeten the aroma and increase the taste, while big bud is actually designed to make larger denser flowers. Can't wait to start using them. Hopefully I'm not to far along in flower for them to make a difference. Don't know how much bigger they can get! Their huge! I got a few 12" colas and a ton of 6-8" colas. Hopefully I can yield a pound out of my 5 auto's.
