Oh also @Sour D u can see in those root pics the slits on the bottom down there are made to keep fill tube off the bottom for filling! I didn’t mean to but ran 3 runs back to back where I had put tube in on the wrong end and started getting where when I’d fill the tube itself would start backing up with water so could and several times did make a mess filling them! Didn’t even realize had in wrong end til I got some new boxes and noticed tube and drain were on same end!

I wonder if part of the problem is the amount of roots sitting in rez is part of the problem. You've effectively changed it to a hydroponic system without the flow/ aeration that they use. Putting screen over the platform should stop that. Realistically, there's no reason you cant stuff that wick thing with some cotton cloth to wick the water up. I run gorilla tape around the platform as I seen the sides bulge a bit where worms and roots can drop into the water.
Maybe someday I'll buy a sheet of plexiglass and build a see thru box. Could be veddy interesting

I just cut some non-metal window screen and hot glue it in.

The clear pot would be pretty cool.

Well they had it as a used-like new which was how I bought my original ph pen and it’s still kicking but doesn’t help in soil! Takes too much work so since was only $148 I grabbed me 1 to make this easy!

Well with all the issues she’s had in glad purple Thai stick actually finished! Not only retiring the stupid Agsil16 stuff but think I need to add lil extra rock dust or dolomite depending what soil ph is in my bin! Seems like 4 possibly 5 in same batch of soil have had magnesium issues so need to address in advance before planting in it again!

I have one girl that is in all BAS products and she also got sick. I gave them all dolomite and ph'd the input water and that "seems" to have stopped the bleeding.

I finally got this today! Also gotta order calibration fluid for the soil probe so I can check em! If I add dolomite I wanna know ph 1st so I can make sure I don’t add too much! Think started around 6.0ph soil so micronutrients are available in veg and then work up towards 7 for flower where the P/K are more available! If I found a method to do that would prob have best results! Topdressed this today to add some extra goodies to the soil!

Also need feeding the coconut water @ 8oz per gallon once a week and the seaweed sugar every other week! Seems to be having same issue that the photos had for magnesium so knowing what it looks like I started epsom earlier so didn’t lose 1/2 my foliage before was under control! Ready to do some probing with this bad boy!

Be careful where you put that thing! I was doing a search for something and it took me to Trichome Farmer forum where a fellow was having same issues. Damn, they were roasting this guy with a blow torch. Rough crowd

Totally forgot to finish this thread! Wound up with 50g off of her! Not great but not bad! Haven’t smoked much of it yet but seems pretty good! Need to smoke some now that it’s done curing!
