The light is beyond questionable but if that is what you can afford and or are happy with.

I use a 6" 350cfm fan for two 4x4 tents, I think the 4" will be fine.

Seedsman is a decent site and their Bitcoin bundles make for plentiful purchases.

like damien says the light is a unknown so really cant say how it will do but it will get you started anyways the tent and fan are perfect a 4inch will be plenty for that space as for seed sites seedsman is good plenty of choice or heres a few others to check out cannardo gentics /cannuk seeds /oregon elite genetics

I run a tent close to that size and use 4 inch centrifugal fans on speed contols for intake and exhaust.
When I began changing from hps, I bought the cheapest "600w" led I could find and it actually improved my grows significantly, proving even cheap crap will grow weed.

Your totally right I've got high end sanlights now but I used to grow with kingbo and viperspectra cheap lights and done pretty good with them so dont feel disheartened @ZoSo As there very capable

You will like that light. It is the same exact brand as King LED, Here is a Amazon link for it. Amazon product
It has a draw from the outlet of 390 watts. So divide that by 8 (2 ft x 4ft tent) and you get 44. I have been growing with 16. So you have enough light. Just use the veg button to start with.

Also if you bought that for $70.00 you got a great deal.

I have the same size tent. I personally would not recommend the burple lights. They are not pleasant to work under and distort the colors etc..

For the fan I suggest variable speed one. Also I use a 6 inch pipe to the filter which I am very happy with.

I think of you get a good light you will not regret it vs getting a cheap burple you will soon want to upgrade.
