Sweet Seeds Bolio grows Sweet Seeds: Dark Devil

I checked back here to see if there were any updated pictures and YES! Your plants are coming along great aren't they! How often are you watering now? I was considering using air pots on my next grow but I worry about knowing when to water them. Keep on updating us it's fun to see your progress!

Hey thanks @MediScrogs. I'll be in there quite a bit today since I didnt have much free time this week so I'm going to post some this evening for sure. They've activated beast mode and taken over the half of the tent they're in so I need to expand and turn on another light!

Wow, looking great! The color coming in on your leaves is super sexy! Be sure and let us know how it smokes at some point, too!

I use airpots (well, I made a custom planter trough with mine, but it's the same concept), and I have to say they're great and they're not too difficult for watering. I have to water mine every two or three days once it's in flower, less often when they're seedlings or early veg. They don't lose as much water as you'd expect, but the hard part with them is not watering too fast. The holes in the sides and bottom mean that water can flood out the base if you add it too quickly (yes, even more so than regular planters).

I personally have a pump sprayer (linky for what I have: http://www.lowes.com/pd_112857-1306-190377_0__?productId=4193785), and when I water or feed I just remove the nozzle at the end of the wand that sprays, and it just kind of weakly trickles out instead of coming out as a pressurized jet. Then I wet the surface soil with small "bursts" (the worst part is getting the surface wet, because while it's dry water will run down the sides between the container and soil and leak out the bottom, but once the surface is wet it goes into the soil and can get absorbed much more completely). Once the surface is nice and wet, I just pass the wand back and forth over the planter, taking breaks so it can be absorbed completely until I'm done.

Other people have used spray bottles, turkey basters, squeeze bottles, anything really that makes it a more time-consuming affair works fine.
