New Grower First grow - 2x4 tent, QBs, Megacrop, HST and LST, seeds from 00, Seedsman, Phoenix, GPS

I'm curious to see if any of these green buds I've uncovered into the light get any bigger.

Meanwhile, I mixed up my super soil for the next round to come.

Spoiled by Amazon.
I read so many posts from others on these forums needing to make due with what is available locally, which sometimes isn't a great selection, becuase they aren't here or there, where they have easy access to... Almost anything you want. We are very spoiled here in the states, UK, etc.

Being able to get this stuff to my door in two days is truly amazing. I'm trying to keep it all in perspective, as I utilize the fruits of so many people's labor.

I did some trimming this morning. As expected, the BG was way easier to trim than the WW. And I think I'll be wet trimming from now on to save effort. Pictures will be forthcoming.

Im happy with the rate of drying we are seeing so far. 3 days in and I think we will need one or two more before going into the jars to begin cure. I have some boveda packs already but some are dried out and I wanted to try the 58% instead of the 62% that I already have.

By the way, product links for much of the stuff I use is in the first post in this thread :

Great news from outdoors!
Each of these 6 cannabis plants are girls! They makes the total tally of non-feminized seeds that I've run 7 girls and only 2 boys!

The little girl in the ground, in the close left corner is from a bag seed - that plant is older than any of the other plants, including the flowering plants in my tent! Now that it's in the soil, it's finally starting to grow again. I think the crappy soil it was in, with very little aeration, is to blame.

So as you can see, I've only two plants actually in the ground right now, but the Sky Dweller in the ground is outperforming its containered sisters. So I may plant more right in the dirt.

White Widow:

Looking very ready, superficially. But I'm still seeing a mix of clear trichomes on what remains, and not many ambers on the calyxes. The sugar leaves have about 5% amber.

Bubblegum :

More cloudy overall than the White Widow, but her amber game is pretty much the same as her sister. Not quite ready by my estimation.

Northern Lights :

Quickly becoming ready. She is plumping up a bit, but I hope she goes a lot more. She's a little taller than the BG now, but she's lower down, being in a 3G container.

Notes:
I think the LST paid dividends for all of these plants. I'm not sure that topping would have benefited these particular plants.
Not going to use FFOF again. I can't blame the soil for all of the problems I've had, because surely my amateur effort was imperfect, and my tap water runs a bit hard, but the plants that were planted in a Coco Loco/FFOF mix are having a better time than these plants put into straight FFOF.
Megacrop seems to be working very well, but I'm looking forward to trying out my LOS and water only, aside from ACTs and amendments.

Looks like it was not a moment too soon.

By my estimation, none of these girls are quite ready yet!

And here is the "nursery" corner of the tent, including the clone in the back. Up front is the NY City Diesel Auto from RQS that just sprouted

The GPS Snake Oil - a photo period plant - in the middle of the 'nursery' shot above, is outgrowing the two autos it is next too. I hope it's a girl.

Here's the garden.
I did decide to plant one of the Orange Blossom Specials into the ground as well, meaning one pair of OBS and SD in the ground and one pair of OBS and SD in containers (5G fabric pots).

I'm really liking how the plants in the ground are doing. They are outpacing the container plants. Also, it's super cool to see how the mainlined plants compare to the natural (but LST) plants. I now have plants mainlined for 4, 6 (had an accident while training after mainlining for 8), and 8.

I've got peppers, tomatoes, and mammoth sunflowers in the garden too.

I'm not sure if I should top any of these. They are getting big.

The Cheese and OBS-4 are pretty much too big to bring into the tent now, unless (when the currently flowering autos are done) I take just one and put it into the tent to flower. Which I may try. That would mean putting the 3 auto seedlings outside, either permanently or temporarily. But I've been wanting both to flower a photo period plant in the tent, and flower autos outside. So that might work out.

It's so awesome to have so much flexibility and so many (legal) plants! Winter is really going to stink though, again. I don't like winter.
