Sweet Seeds Bolio grows Sweet Seeds: Dark Devil

Got this grow started and it will be my first time around with a Mars II LED. Already noticing the intensity of the light.
Started my seeds on 07-03 in Rapid Rooters. They're going in the permanent pots today and I'll be leaving them in they're cups with an inch of the bottom removed. Never done this before but I thought I would give it a shot to see if I can maximize the use of the 3gal smart pots keeping the starter cube slightly above the soil-less surface.
I'm doing this log to get input along the way so feel free to drop a line or tell me when I'm wrong

Plants are 16 days old now and I really meant to get some pics of them while they were younger. Anyway, this grow is off to an alright start, nothing spectacular really. I just rebuilt my grow room as I had tore down my last one and worked on my power and water situation a little. However, I am a little behind on things and got my seeds off before finishing my ventilation and had heat problems for a few days regardless of my AC since the weather here has been pretty unforgiving.
