Indoor Blueberry 420 Auto 1st Grow

What's up everybody! So this is my first time writing on any forum or anything like this. I've read through tons of threads before but never even cared to make an account but here I am trying new things so here we go.
Sometime in late February I decided I was going to try to grow my own cannabis. Being an Amazon Prime member I had ordered my tent and light which were at my house in the next 2 days and also my seeds which is what I had to wait for

Seeds came quick, about 11 business days after the order which isn't bad for Amsterdam to Massachusetts USA. After a lot of recommendations from forums like this I put the seeds in between paper towels which where between 2 ceramic plates for darkness. They took a while to sprout the pic below is at 7 days where you can see 2 tap roots and then 1 has a pin head tap root showing a little hope. I planted them all in the soil with high hopes (I knew the other weren't gonna pop but I figured hey, I already have the pots and soil set up so might as well). I emailed the company who without hesitation sent me another 5 seeds which I have yet to germ.

Only the 2 grew and here are some pics thought they're life cycle and are currently around week 7 from hitting soil on 3/17. Also I topped both but only 1 took to it and the other still grew one main cola.

I also ran into a few problems first i was running with no exhaust fan so humidity got super high and caused algae so i covered top layer with perlite and bought an exhaust fan and filter I had these dying leaves which I have no idea why and also the plant that took with the topping and has multiple colas I started to lst and the stock split. But it's my first grow ever so the kinks needs to be worked out.

Here's a new pic from today. Luckily the plant that split is still going good! I water every 3 days and switch from plain water and nutes every other watering. Anyone looking at these have a guess on when I should start flushing? Today is 8 weeks from germinated seed. I'm watering again Monday (3 days from this pic) with nutes and I'm thinking after that feed plain water and flush soon? Any suggestions?

New pics from today. Tomorrow will be last day of nute feeding and will flush on Thursday 5/18. Not much smell until you a bud and sniff you fingers.
