Dinafem Blue Cheese Automatic grow

Have your strains arrived my friend?

All the best

Mark..

Not yet. I am looking forward to growing the Auto Haze CBD, one of my favorite flavors. But I am patient because I have seeds I can plant right now.

I have an Auto IP CBD seed. Reviews have said they are small plants, but I don't know if they need a lot of width. If not, I might grow it together with a SoG friendly indica strain, and try to time it so that they are harvested at the same time.

...or I could give another go at Blue Cheese and just keep this journal running and wait a while for CBD

Anyways, I will chop my stinky little Blue Cheese in about 10 days or so. She smells delicious! I am looking forward to vaping her!

I have a jar small enough for a bit of a cure, but I am estimating less than 7 grams, perhaps even half of that so it might all be gone before that can happen. I will never over-light a plant again , and I will stick with info from this forum!

It is over 12 weeks now. I should be able to get a picture posted soon. The tiny plant is FROSTY and smells so delicious. I am going to give it a bit more time with the hopes of gaining a bit more bulk.

An inspector came over, no prob I just shut everything down for a half day and tucked the cables away.
But
Unfortunately she ordered an attic inspection to see the vapor barrier and insulation- in about 3 weeks. She ordered someone to come in and test the humidity within the exterior walls, painters, plumbers, etc. This could take the whole summer.

Because of this, I am afraid to start anything new...but I don't want to lose momentum, and keep my supply of meds coming.

rant away man its your own thread :pass:
tricky situation, you could close up shop and put everything away and the workmen dont turn uptill christamass :wall: then again if ya get a few days notice of any work being done and probable timescales, then could maybe do a workaround of putting plant in big cardboard box in the boot of the car or other suitable place.
keep growing and cross that bridge when you come to it.
good luck n keep er lit.

Thanks Archie.

On another positive note, I am glad to be back to work and fill my days up. Not up to full speed of course, but I feel productive.
...and I am loving AutoMazar#3. It is strong and in its perfect window cure wise. It has a taste that is reminiscent of something I used to get in the late 70's, and I can't remember what that was.

I really am looking forward to tasting the Blue Cheese. I am sure it will be really good.

Because CBN is a feature of old stale pot, it became known as a test of freshness.

But it was also erroneously associated with poor quality.

While that can be true, it was probably only useful back in the day that all the decent weed was "imported" and could take many months to get here.

Sorry, that was a bit of a rant. The good news is that is a much higher interest in cannabinoids and terpines as science proves the wonderfulness of our favorite plant.

Higher than normal amounts of CBN are also found in very high quality hashish that is freshly made

This need a lot more research into as so many compounds left to be discovered :bong:

All the best

This is the direction I would grow also if I knew I would get 24-72 hours notice. If that was not guaranteed and workers could just time up I would try to relocate for lure safety issues

Let us know how you get on mate :pass:

All the best

I chopped the little one at 13 1/2 weeks, she is laying on a small mesh in the tent to dry.
She finished about 9-10 inches tall, with a small cola and 4 smaller lower buds. I am hoping to get 1/8th.

Nice and frosty, very smelly. I just know it will be a good smoke, and I am determined to do a better job of the next one.

Lousy photos, but here goes. I hope you can see the frost:

Dry and jarred 4 days ago. I got slightly less than 1/8 of really good weed and learned some valuable lessons, so I am happy with the outcome.

More than happy- :smoking:

The dankness and high are outstanding. Uncured it tastes smooth and creamy, more fruity on the inhale and more cheesy on the exhale. We will see what a month in the jar does.

3 delicious tokes (vape) comes on quickly with a powerful, uplifted, euphoric effect, becomes a bit stony half way, and finishes with yawns. Lasts a bit under 2 hours.

Only moderate pain relief at that dose but the very pleasant taste and effects helped me to ignore whatever pain was left.

I will cure it for a month before doing a smoke/vape report.

I am looking forward to doing a better job of it soon!

Not a massive end yield but the yield is not everything. You have learned a lot this grow which will serve you well into your next grow and more importantly you have been consuming cannabis grown with your hands :pass:

Onto your next adventure :bong:

Thank you for this diary mate. If you ever want to do more Dinafem grows I'm only a pm away

All the best

Mark..

Thanks Mark, it's been fun, and I am glad I didn't cull her early. Most of the time I save money on meds, other times I look at it as an inexpensive hobby.

My next grow will be Dinafem. I just have to make another go at the BCA!
I am going to want more than a few grams of this fine strain. :bong:

(thinking out loud) I might give the IP CBD a head-start and jump in with the Blue Cheese 3-4 weeks later. I really need some CBD in my stash.

Speaking of which, still waiting for the postman. I drool at the thought of tasting the Haze Auto CBD.
